Easily the best place I ever worked. Fantastic pay. It was over $20 an hour three years ago when I worked there and they have had increases every year. Friendly coworkers. Everyone was willing to help and train new employees. I learned a lot from the people I worked with. Helpful supervisors. They were all supportive and encouraging. They made you feel you had accomplished something. Great benefits package. The insurance, vacation, etc was all top shelf, especially when compared to other manufacturers in the area. Id go back in a second flat. This place is what manufacturing jobs should be.

What’s up with no restrooms 🚽 with these shippers and receivers? Did I not just drive 2hrs to get here for my appointment? Are the employees at these places better than the truck 🛻 drivers whom employed to carry the loads at they request.

Please‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Dont believe everything you hear in orientation,,, you also have to wait a while year just to transfer to a different department the lowest pay is shipping while other departments get raises every 3 moths till they reach their top pay,, speaking with HR is useless and no matter your experience they have their picks and chooseWith so much going on in the world I guess for now it will do!!!!They tell you this company wants you to grow yet they choose who they want to grow shipping ihas reached its top pay while other departments will be receiving raises every 3 months and their top pay is wayyyyy higher than shipping I just dont understand where the family love is at its moreso sale you a dream and youre on your own orientation and actually being on production floor dont add up at all

Shipper office, nice lady, kind, smiled, you get the dock immediatley, they start loading right away, deserve 10 stars this guys, no grumpy faces. tnx guys for respecting drivers these days,will come again!

Worked here as a temp a couple years ago. Overall great place to work, great people and a great team. It was unfortunate I had to take a lay-off due to their purchase orders taking a hit.

If every place i picked up or delivered to had people like the ones who work here driving a truck would be the best job in America

Great people to work with. Good environment and they take care of there people. Pay starts low but raises every 90 days. And awesome benefit packadges.

I Love Hytrol it is an Awesome place to work. Great people and we are all like family from the President down to the workers on the ship floor.

Hytrol does a great job shipping ‘stick’ conveyors promptly. My company specializes in ‘stick’ product - I understand Hytrol also gets involved in engineered sysyems also.

Fast loading. Nice people. No restrooms.

The rampant ineptitude of this place is staggering.Under Gregg Goodner, Hytrol was mostly fair and stable. However, David Peacock has created an environment where fear and ignorance prevail. He throws toddler-like tantrums, fears diversity and generally brings a wealth of bad ideas to every situation.Beyond this, the founder’s grandson is allowed to do whatever he pleases, leaving a wake of failed ideas and angry people as he goes. His ignorance, inflated self-importance, and self-promoting tendencies drive many of the business decisions (unfortunately). It’s comparable to doing business with a small child——one who must always win at Monopoly.Do not do business with Hytrol.
