Was looking to see homes on the lot. Just moved this way. However, no one works there Im guessing. Due to no one coming to talk to us. Sales was out side talking when we drove up. We walked over to see one home. If they wanted us to walk and see the homes, it failed due to all but 2 where locked. I understand locking the doors, however come meet us and say something.Let me know that you are with someone, or ask what Im doing there.

I wish there were a way to purchase a land/package deal that works with those with less than perfect credit. What we pay in rent, we can in payments. Love the new styles. Wish they had a couple of styles of 2 story manufactured homes. Loved the log home they sold.

Clayton Homes of Jonesboro is full of hard workers! They are some of the most honest and trustworthy people I know! They will treat you like family.

I am not quite sure how to rate at this time so therefore only a 3. We bought a home and they have had our money since the end of October and as of now still can’t move in nor do we have a a TITLE. That issue really concerns me. Hopefully will get some resolutions soon. If not a phone call will be made to headquarters in Tennessee.

The folks at Clayton homes in Jonesboro are awesome! Adam was our sales representative. He has been amazing always helpful! Kim is the general manager. Kim and Adam went completely out of the way to help us! We bought the Abigail and could not be happier. They fix any thing that is wrong from the factory. I highly recommend these folks.
