Being from the Mid-South region, I wanted to do business with a local shop, as I felt Id get better treatment, so I contacted Barton Powersports to ask about a 2014 Honda Fury that they still had in stock and were selling as a new bike. After my first call, the salesman said hed email me back with the details, but he never did. Hoping that I had just gotten lost in the shuffle, I emailed them and was answered by Chris H., a Sales Consultant. He advised me that lucky for me Honda had some incentive money that could be applied to this bike, making the purchase price even attractive. That was it, I was ready to buy it. As I wanted to ship the bike overseas, I asked if they knew of any company that did this and Chris advised me he didnt know of anyone. Over the next few days, I found my own shipping company, but I needed to know if the bike was still crated or if it had been uncrated, as having it crated would have been easier for the company that would collect it from Bartons shop. I also asked if I could pay by credit card. These emails went unanswered until today, when Chris emailed me telling me Im sorry to inform you that we have discussed this transaction at length, and at this time we are not interested in being involved with exporting nor in dealing with credit card transactions for overseas customers. Needless to say, I was floored. They didnt even take the time to discuss this with me or offer an alternative. I guess they dont need the business that bad. Well I intend to let all my motorcycle riding friend in the Mid-South region know to stay away from these guys.

Great folks to do business with. Gave me a price on a Honda Pioneer over the phone, when I showed up later that week everything was as promised. No hidden fees or charges. Chris, Connie and Sam treated me well and made sure my purchase was a pleasant experience.

I broke down and was from out of town. Their mechanic went though my bike with a fine tooth comb, before he put me back on the road. Their whole staff made me feel at ease as I waited for my bike to get fixed. Thanks again from the cheese head

Great prices. However 5 minutes after we bought a utv the battery died. Took Barton about an hour and a half to figure out the battery was no good even though we told them countless times. They put a new battery in finally. Took way too long though for them to figure it out even though we told them repeatedly. Thats why 4 stars.

All I can say parts department good people

I bought a motorcycle in 2009 brand new and have had to take it to them several times for repairs.. so far everyone I have spoke with has been extremely rude. They treat me like I am stupid and accuse me of not taking care of bike.. i keep it in a garage, I get an oil change when Im supposed to.. and I have to take it back to them today and Im dreading it because of the way I am treated. I have had bikes for over 10 years I know how to take care of my property. Would not recommend dealing with the service department.

Called twice to make sure everything was in order and I could bring in the bike for tires which I had. Once I got their they said they didnt work on anything older then an 05. My time wasted. So I went to Big Bores Bile across town.

Staff not friendly... Try there best to make you pay for warranty work yourself...

These guys have the parts, but please just lower the prices a little, eh? Ive saved over 80% on ebay on a part before. Not used, brand new. Maybe they have better parts here, yes, but the margin seems a little high to me. Nice people though!

You cant get anybody to talk to you

Had a problem with prepaid maintenence from another dealer that I took to Barton to service. Barton spent 2 hours and several phone calls and got it all worked out. Fantastic people at Barton go the extra mile for you.

Some of the the staff was considerate in offering to help... But the main dude was too busy flirting or trying to impress some one it seemed.

Got me back on the road in a timely manner. Very nice and helpful

I always deal with them and they are great to work with can sometimes be difficult to get you motorcycle in but other then that they are great to work with and the sales team is great Ive bought multiple motorcycles from them and always have had a good experience same goes for the parts department

Trained personnel at the parts desk make this a great place to keep my Honda in good shape.

I have used this place for years. Have seen things go up and down. Currently things are up, and have been since Ed Vickery has been managing.

The jonesboro store was excellent...people was friendly and very respectful.....id recommend anyone and evetone to visit the JONESBORO store....

Brought a 4 wheeler in to have fixed. Called about it multiple times. 7 weeks later they hadn’t looked at it even once. But said they were backed up 3 weeks. I will not do business with a company like this. Please avoid them for repair work.

The service dept sucks but the sales team is great along with the parts dept i brought my four wheeler in the other day to get it checked out and the service guys was rude and didnt make a attempt to fix my four wheeler

The sales team suck they dont put to much interest in the client i ask for a four wheeler but they dont show me anything I go to Cycle Atv and is 100 times better that this place.
