Went to Snodgrass for minor body work, door replacement, and painting - Mike was great working with my schedule and got it done right on time. Super friendly and professional the whole time. Will definitely go back for other services and I recommend them.

You dont stay in business in a competitive industry for over 30 years by doing things wrong. These guys have routinely gone above and beyond for me in ways that big companies simply wont. This is a family owned business and they treat their customers like family too. Cant say enough good things about quality, honest dealings and superb service.

Wowza! slow repair on my car. 3+ weeks. But when it wasnt done in time Dana got me a rental to be able to take my kiddo to the pumpkin patch and get back to work, as I am a delivery driver. Amazing people. Quick service. Very professional. All around amazing experience. Dealt with Mike, talked me through everything, even showed me the issue. Since the repair would take a while, he even offered to give me a ride home. I didnt have a go to mechanic before, but I do now.

Wonderful company to do business with! They’ll take care of you as if you were family. My wife and I had just recently purchased a new car a few months ago. Didn’t have the thing for two weeks and a shopping cart decided to conveniently bump into it rather hard. It left a nasty dent and chipped the paint on the right front wheel fender. We were not happy campers to say the least! I did some shopping around, getting quotes at a few local auto body shops and decided to go with Snodgrass Collision. Since we told them we were paying for the repairs out of pocket, they gave us a generous repair estimate. They ended up quoting HALF of what the other body shops quoted. These folks are the absolute best!

These guys take forever to get the work done. I took my truck into the shop in late February 2014 and was told it would take 14-17 work days to fix. The did put me in a rental car but it took 6 months to get my Truck back! I had to call and get a lawyer before they started to get anything done. When I finally did get my truck, it ran out of gas about 20 min after I left the shop. I was on my way to Table Rock Lake and made it a few miles past Diamond and it quite running. I had triple A drop it off at another place in town. They found the problem, Snodgrass didnt fix the gas gauge and when it showed at 1/4 tank it really was empty. It seems like a good old boys network, if they know you then you might get okay service. I wouldnt trust these clowns to take out my trash.

I give Snodgrass a 5 rating you walk in and are treated like family and there work is top of the line my car was there about 3 weeks and it was bad when picking it up today felt like 3yrs ago when I purchased it,they went as far as taking some dings out on there own dime and time, you all are Wonderful thank you for your fine work and your Pride you put into my car iam satisfied and if I ever need anything done to my car you will be the place I go to and will tell everyone what a good experience I have had again thank you all so much.

This company gives you the biggest run-around youll get. Excuses to match. I should have been aware that a company doesnt even have a website wouldnt be the company for me. Other options to be had though.

There customer service is poor and refuse to do work on a vehicle they just dont regardless the issue being there fault or not, as also calling the customer ingredient is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Go there at your own risk.

As a woman in this industry it can be hard trusting the right people when it comes to your car, when it came to snodgrass collision and repair Dana was absolutely amazing! He helped me so much in my time of need and gave me a fair and honest price for the repair of my car! I went to the shop to get an estimate on damages done to my car in an accident. The owner refused to provide an estimate for damages done because I did not have the estimate from the insurance company with me. I stated that I felt the insurance company had shorted me because two other estimates I had gotten were drastically higher than what the insurance had paid me and I simply wanted another for comparison. The employee was extremely rude and told me that since I had two estimates (which were $1600 apart), I already had my comparision and refused to provide an estimate. I will never be taking my car here for so much as an oil change and will make sure friends and family dont either.

They gave free ice cream, thats the only good part.

I needed an alternator bracket welded back together and Mike and his brother had it done in an hour, for free. Got a great quote on tires as well.

Dear Snodgrass Collision Center,I just received a voicemall right before five pm on Friday that said Your car wont be ready until Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience.Inconvience?Forgetting your coffee on your way out to work is inconvient.Road work that makes you take the long way home is inconvient.Your company has told me for over a WEEK now that Itll be done tomorrow.It wasnt totalled. It wasnt completely smashed.I needed a light assembly and bumper replaced.I have been sooo nice and understanding, but when you promise to stay late and finish it so I can finally have it back in the morning, and then go back on your word and cause me two more days that I cannot go shopping, Two more days I cannot take care of errands I have been neglecting, Two more days that I cannot take my children to go play somewhere.Enough is enough.I will be posting this on your Facebook and any other forum I can and I will always tell people about how awful the service I received at Snodgrass was.This is why people become bad customers, because that is the only time you listen to them.

Slow, rude, really awful.If you want to wait forever, get lied to, receive threats, and then get bullied, this is the shop for you.

After waiting an hour for what was I thought was supposed to be getting an estimate it turned out that they didnt do an estimate but I could still get one after all...in about another hour.
