Paid for service on a small chip in my windshield, they drove out to my house and conveniently turned it into a massive crack. Called and talked with the manager who said thats the chance you take when getting these repaired. So if youre willing to roll the dice on a new windshield, give Safelite a call.

You cant speak to anyone locally. You can only book online. They were the most expensive. If you believe their commercial youll be disappointed

Allegedly fixed my windshield. When i told them it didnt get fixed they told me it was and when i told them it was getting worse they said it wasnt their problem.

I dont want to use a computer for business but cant talk to anyone they want everything done online so I will look for some one else

My wife made the appointment for 11:30am on Monday. I was in from Springfield and was in a huge rush so I came here at 9:30 hoping to get in early. The gentleman came to the from area to help me quickly and went out to look at the damage. He said he could take care of it immediately and took my keys. I was so impressed by his responsiveness and eagerness to help me out. He did explain that there would be a chance the chip could turn into a fully cracked windshield, so I can’t be upset if the whole windshield breaks. Oh btw, did I mention this is the 2nd time I have used Safelite this week? #cursedhondaridgeline.Thanks guys that work at Joplin Safelite!!
