I worked at target for a few months..and let me just say. Jacqueline was the most abusive “manager” I’ve had. I loved working at target, but her little “talks” were passive aggressive and rude. She never acted happy and shamed you for every little thing you did. I once wore a pride shirt that was from target, it was red and I asked to wear it because it fitted into the code. I wore it because I was told it was okay and then got shamed for it anyways, it was very hot when we had to do drive up and we weren’t allowed to take breaks..in many cases I even had to beg to go on my break because she’d forget to allow me to have one. I would come in early and not have a break until my day was almost over, I worked more than 8 hours and we had 3 mandatory breaks..most days I’d walk out with only one break that day. She doesn’t consider mental disorders either, she had me as a door greeter and when I explained it was becoming too exhausting that day and I needed a break she’d walk away and I wouldn’t be able to get one, and then she would come back and tell me I was doing a bad job and not greeting EVERY. SINGLE. GUEST. In AND out…. I have a friend that works there now and he had to do drive up in 100+ weather and even asked for multiple breaks…no one ever gave him one and he had to leave from heat strokes. Awful service, I don’t know how she’s still in charge.

I love the Target store just to get away from walmart, which i absolutely hate! BUT i went in to joplin target to check on and look at customer cellular phone plans. Wow, this little indonesion Girl Said you have to make an appointment, and im like i just drove from columbus ks to look at these phones, she walked away and never returned. Rude, not too sure i want to deal with this kind of service. cant even look at what you want to buy.

Target consistently has its shelves stocked, neat and available. The sales clerks speak to you and offer to help as they pass you in the store. And their prices are right on target!

This is a great store other then the store director Jacqueline Lockhart. She’s not friendly to customers even treats the team members worse. I’ve been in the store multiple times and I constantly see her put team members down. She never looks happy and neither do the workers. The fact that there is even a Facebook post about how horrible she is, and she is still in charge shocks me. I have no idea how this miserable person is in charge of leading people. She is literally trash. Maybe try smiling every once in a while, and try to be a pleasant humane being. I will add screenshots, so you can all see how they are brushing this kind of treatment under the rug.

We took advantage of the great Superbowl pizza and snack sale offering the pick and curb side service. I use other stores, but this is our first time with TARGET. The delivery clerk helped us at the pick up spot in the parking lot. She was incredibly kind and professional. She checked us in and brought us our items. Great Service!

It was a horrible first time pick up experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I thought that the point of pickup was so that you could stay in your vehicle while they loaded your items for you! Rain or shine! But they had a small sign out that said temporarily not doing pickup-come in the store to get your order! I had a bulky item (which is why I did pickup in the first place)and had to go in the store to get it! Not a happy customer of Target this go around!!!!

Love the Target but Max at Starbucks was super disrespectful. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day but she was very rude.

Danielle was extremely unprofessional and acted irritated w every encounter she had w customers this morning. My husband went in to grab a couple of things and was i was frustrated to hear his experience! This is not the first time we’ve witnessed Danielle giving poor customer service either. Very sad to see an employee with such a bad attitude.

DO NOT USE CONSUMER CELLULAR!Consumer Cellular lies to their elderly clients regarding everything service wise, takes no responsibility for their service and the reps who work on site for them here just pass the buck by saying we arent trained for that you have to call. Which then takes no less than half an hour just to get a person, who lies to you regarding everything.

Assistant Manager Natalie is horrible to her employees. She yells at them on the sales floor in front of customers and other employees. She made one girl cry last time we went into the store. A good friend of mine and her wife went in and they refuse to go back because she made some very homophobic comments about them. Other than her that store is a great place to shop. Good prices and everyone else smiles and greats people.

Target is 100% better than Walmart

Target has quality goods at great price. Also if you have a red card you get extra savings. Store is always clean and employees friendly.

Signed up for the baby registry, was supposed to receive a free baby welcome kit from them. After repeated attempts to get one from the store ( kept saying they couldnt get any in, come back next week), I finally called customer service to have one shipped to me. They said they would ( in July). It is now December, I still have not received one. And numerous calls placed to customer service got told by them today that if have to go online to my registry and place and order totalling over $35 for them to send me one by mail! What a joke, making people pay for some more of your products, in order to get what you advertise as free? Thats fraud! So done with what used to be my favorite store! They have now lost my business for good.

Was in today around 7-7:30 manager or what looked to be a manager was havin a meeting with employees I was waiting in line for Starbucks and couldn’t help but ketch some of what he was sayin.. he was encouraging staff to help customers and also leading them with a plan on clean up for the store .. in all my visits to stores I have NEVER seen this.. 2 employees after that asked me if there was anything they could help me with and ALL employees seem to be happy & working (you don’t see this often) when I needed help at the self checkout the guy was super nice.. so GOOD JOB team leader & target employees I am empressed & will be back again!

Worst place I’ve ever worked!!! Most of my coworkers are rude and management doesn’t care about their employees. This refused to use my pronouns that i gave during my interview on the job. NOT INCLUSIVE

Once I said I was at the store, my order was out at my car in 1 - 2 minutes. Very impressed!

Cant find products in their own store.I ordered items through pickup, and received an email stating that they did not have one of the items. I called to double check and an associate found the item and told me he would take it to the pickup desk. After I arrived, it was the wrong item. After again having them look, they told me they did not have it. I went to see what other options I might have for purchase and immediately found the exact item I had ordered and been told repeatedly that they did not have. Unfortunately, they had already cancelled the item from my order, and I would not receive my refund for days from my bank. I needed the item that day and did not have the money in my account to simply buy it again while waiting for the refund.So thank you for your incompetence. A customer should not have an easier time finding an item than the employees that work in that specific department every day. I do not blame the gentlemen working at the pickup desk, they did their best to help me, but the employees that missed an item staring them in the face on the exact shelf its listed to be on need to be better.

Thanksgiving night not the best time to be shopping. But I did it. Waited in this long line that little did I know it went around the building. All I wanted was a Tv. Got in there of course what I wanted was gone. So I asked a girl are there any more she says nope if its not out then theyre gone. I thought ok! So we decide to just leave, just as we get to the doors to leave I ran into an other associate that was a guy this time that had on a womans Christmas vest LOL . I asked him was that it on the tvs that I had wanted. He got out his tablet then he got on his radio was still getting no answer, then he said hold on I am going to look for myself. I thought oh boy he is never coming back. 5 minutes later here he come with a tv. He made my holiday... he took me to check out then took it to my vehicle. Thank you so much guy in the womans Christmas vest.

Shopped at the Joplin Target this morning. Went to check out and the ONLY option was to self check. The was an employee standing there monitoring those who needed to check out which at the time I was the only one. Why he couldn’t have a lane open is beyond me. He stood behind me and watched while I did the work!!! I don’t mind self checking when the store is busy but it was not and when it’s forced while an employee watches me do it is not ok! Needless to say this customer left extremely angry today!😡

I enjoy shopping at Target. I like the selection of merchandise. Target carries some brands I am not able to find at other stores.

It was soooooo easy. My husband prefered it hands down over regular shopping. I found it easier to stay within my shopping list.It was also time saving as we generally spend an hour in the store going back and forth ( and crazy).

Needed to restock some household items and with 2 toddlers its hard to go in amd shop. When I got there I was unable to get an answer on the phone. I was able to flag down an employee who kindly got our order fast akd loaded it for us. And my Littles got to enjoy seeing the big red balls outside of the store.

I was at Target to purchase baby formula for my grandson, who has food allergies. The one variety that he can use appeared to be out of stock, so I found an employee (Seth). Seth scanned the item on the shelf, said that it was in stock and went back to look for it. He looked for FORTY-FIVE minutes!! I appreciate his diligence. It turned out that the store had two cans in the warehouse section that had been put in a separate location. After he found it, he and another employee looked all over the store to find me.

I believe the HR assistant Kylie Brown is purposely denying applications to go through. I say this because I have a friend who applied for a job at 1am and within 10 or less hours he received an email saying his application wasnt moved forward. I think this because they didnt get along when they were at MSSU and she is retaliating against him for that reason.

I love Target! Always a pleasant shopping experience.

They only had one cashier. Saw an overflow of employees restalking and walking around. when we came into the store there was a long line of people at the cashier (approximately 10 groups) an hour later there was still a line with approximately the same amount of people. they didnt call any extra cashiers to check customers out.

So much nicer than Walmart. The grocery selection and a usually well stocked with fresh fruit and veg. I’ve never had a problem with the staff. The restrooms are clean. My kids like the toy section here. We usually go here to buy gifts for other people. The registry options are good for weddings or babies.

I love our local Target. They have products you cant find at Wal Mart or other retailers. They are very unique in that aspect. I always get body wash from target because they run good specials and have all the new kinds that come out first!!! Try shopping here, it wont disappoint!

Me and my sister in law were shopping here, and we had at least 4 workers stop us and talk to us about if we were using discounts, and they were being very rushy and pushy. It made us very uncomfortable so we just ended our shopping and went to walmart.

Favorite place to shop, if I must, offers a wide variety of products, most everything needed from grocery to electronics. Though they never seem to have lime juice. Combine competitive prices, cartwheel coupons and gift cards there are certainly good savings to be had. The Target brand products are also quite good.

Apparently this location has their own policies outside of every other Target.Talked to online customer support as well as over the phone customer support to be told one thing, then call this location to be told the exact opposite. Being put on hold 8 times in one call was bad enough, being bounced around from one clerk to another shows how poorly managed this location is. Enough to keep me and my family from shopping from here or online anymore. Not very classy or professional
