Omg my first time when I went and wow the stuf they have was pretty cool now I know where to go when it comes to crafts and decor

I was only shopping for Halloween decor. Most were half off and some 60% off. My daughter found some cute Halloween socks and wall hangings.

Employees are wonderful, they are nice to tell you something if you need help with overall an amazing experience can be a little bit Tad overpriced over some stuff but I understand its a crafting store so some things are going to be a overpriced but thats where you go search mix and match but overall amazing please for customers and employees and a vibrant, fun, and comfortable place to shop at! ❤

It was ok, every retail business havibg a hard time getting thete metchandise.

Has all your sewing and some craft needs. I had to wait quite a while for help and then had to wait in line for fabric to be cut. Understand they are short handed but could be a little more efficient. Will shop at Joanns fabric again as the selection is best around here.

I was looking for fleece fabric. I needed 9 yards. I had no idea that Joanna Fabrics had such a huge selection of it. When I thought that I had looked at every one, I saw even more...WoW!! I found what I needed at an amazing price. Heck, I saved $40 -$50 on the fabric I chose. Im one happy customer!

I have learned DO NOT BUY MACHINES HERE! If the machine is not what you expect and need to return it, they return it BUT they charge you at $25.00 restocking fee! And they sad thing is they dont tell you before you purchase! I will be going to micheals from now on!

Better choices for the things I want

With the CDC shutting everything down, I had little hope for finding a large piece of a particular clarance fabric, because Joann has a policy of shipping, but not for clearance items. So when I went to several stores yesterday and today found them shut to the public (online only), of course I googled it and found where which shops were still open. When I spoke with the Joplin, MO store, several hours away, they were very interested in my quest. They searched for the fabric in question and found it to my utter joy (you crafty people should understand). So I bombed outta town, headed for Joplin, located the fabric in question, and now happy happy! I may continue to realize dreams of my home as a long-term expression of myself.

A fabric and craft store located the Joplin mall. Large selection of items and pricing is good too. The staff are friendly and helpful. My wife spends hours at a time shopping here and says that she still finds new items very time she goes in. A good place to shop.

My visit to JOANN Fabrics and Crafts was horrible from beginning to end! I had checked the internet and the items that I needed were on sale at 50% off for in store pick up! We were out-of-towners, but I needed the item and we were driving past, so decided to stop.First problem, I had questions about which style would be best for my project, but there was no one to ask. After 10 or 15 minutes of reading all of the descriptions for the various styles, I finally was able to get help from another customer.Next problem, I got in line to check out, only 2 customers in front of me! Well, another 15 minutes, or so, the line growing behind me, my husband texting, Are you OK?Third problem, I am finally at the register only to find out that because I tortured myself coming inside the store my choices were to buy 2 for $24 or get 4 for $24. Well, I only needed 1 and I expected to pay $6 for it. I asked if I had ordered using my phone app while I was waiting all that time in line would I have gotten the half-off price and the register clerks answer was, Probably. She didnt really know for sure and now there were a significant number of people in line behind me.And retailers wonder why consumers would rather shop online. To the owners of Joann Fabrics and Crafts, if this is the best you can do, why bother?

Great selection, excellent and helpful staff, but their prices are a little high, but not unreasonable. Lack of a mens restroom is also... Odd. They have a womens restroom and a unisex/family restroom, but no mens.

They have good sales and some friendly employees. Just watch the prices some ring up totally different when you get to the register. So if in doubt check with an employee before getting to the register.

Almost everything has a %off already. Always. Youre coupon arent good for very many things. Maybe they should state what the coupons ARE FOR.. Rather than all the exclusions. Truly. But the blond lady with long hair, a supervisor, was very nice.

I liked this store. It is very well stocked. The friendly staff are always willing to help you find what you need, and make you shopping as enjoyable as possible.

In comparison to other craft stores, I would say this one is on the cheaper side. There are plenty of different departments with unique decor to choose from. Tons of items to make homemade decor with.

The people working at Jo-Anns and Joplin are very helpful. sometimes they do get very busy and you may have to wait a little but they get you through quickly. There are lots and lots of choices of materials and crafting items.

Great place. But didnt have a seperated zipper heavy duty that was 26 inches long or the color I needed. So hope to find online

I love this store. The staff are always super friendly and the lady that cuts fabric is hilarious! I think I could actually spend days looking at everything. Download the app for coupons and weekly deals. It will save you a ton of money.

Im glad I dont work there anymore because the customers can be some of the worst people ever. BUT the staff are always kind and so so patient and quick...the inventory in the store seems bountiful and easy to find. If the store is a disaster it is usually due to them being super busy achieving great customer service while bad guests are stuffing things in random places, knocking things on the floor or just being jerks. Go Joann

I have been eating there since 2006, it is great. The salad bar is very good. The fish and the chicken are the best.

They are low on everything. Does not have enough inventory to make a trip worth your time.

Love deals here and my mom can not get enough of the sales.
