Who doesnt love Party City...perfect place to find themed party supplies!! My only issue is sometimes the prices are a little high, but the staff is usually happy to help and pretty much know what theyre talking about. My granddaughter is going to love her themed birthday party thanks to Party City...and my awesome decorating skills ( Lol).

These guys helped so much. This mom struggled trying to get everything needed for her 2 daughters 18th birthdays. They helped with suggestions and created beautiful giant balloon bouquets!

Lots to look at, friendly staff. I really liked all the little under $5 stocking stuffers I guess youd call them.

Had a pretty good experience here other than they guaranteed our balloons would last for 3 to 5 days. One of the balloons that we payed 15 dollars for was halfway deflated 2 days after purchasing it. I later found out that they tied the balloon under the hole so the helium was leaking out of it. Was just frustrating.

Awesome merchandise for most every occasion! Loads of baloons! Employees were pretty helpful!! Most prices were reasonable,a few were a little pricey! Overall an adequate store!

They have about anything you would need for a party but it seemed a little pricey to me. I suppose everything has to be expensive anymore.

Party City is a great store to purchase anything for a party or Halloween you can find a large variety of costumes for children and adults or just party things in general they have a large selection and balloons for birthday parties Etc they will fill your Balloons with helium or you can buy a helium tank they have lots of candy and party bags that you can customize yourself its a great environment and fun place to shop!

Went in to the store with my four year old son to look at the costumes for this Halloween he was so excited to see all of his favorite super heros characters we were approach by a staff who I thought was gonna ask if we need it help to find a specific costume instead we got a lecture that kids need to stop grabbing items and leaving them on the floor which I completely understand but he could of said it on politely manner couldnt get that employee name to make a complaint about him with a manager. So i just decided to shop at spirits where we felt welcome and the staff member even wear his favorite super hero costume batman so he could enjoy all the spooky items in the store with batman on his side to fight the evil skeletons

Was told today they would not accept a return on a Halloween costume even though I had the receipt and it had never been open or worn. Was told exchanges only. I explained that wouldnt help as my child wouldnt be able to go trick or treating so we didnt need a costume. Only thing that was said was sorry with a very its not my problem attitude. Will be the last thing I ever purchase at Party City. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Good place to get party supplies. We were looking for a costume for our son but didnt find what we were looking for unfortunately here. We have shopped here several times in the past for wrapping paper and things that we needed for certain party ideas for our kids and grandkids.

Decent selection, but not for a childs first birthday. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt prices were a bit high for the items. Ended up purchasing little mermaid themed stuff and found similar items at Walmart for much cheaper. Originally went to party City in hopes of finding 1st birthday items.

My first time going there was the night before Halloween. My niece needed the Vampire teeth. And she wanted the ones that go over just the eye teeth. Nice selection...for adults. Not so much for a 9 year old girl. Lol loved the store itself.

This place is always a hoot for the kids and the employees are always so friendly. I really enjoy looking for the clearance baskets, and right now they have a ton!! Iove how they dont seem so put out like the neighbors, about blowing up some balloons to make some kids happy!!

Wish they were a little cheaper

I purchased a helium balloon today. When I got home I realized that the balloon was too big for what I needed, and it was a little damaged. It was really hard to tell exaclty what the balloon would look like becauseit was plastered to a wall. I looked on the back of my receipt to find out their return policy, but it did not say anything about balloons. I couldnt find anything online either. When I called the store, they told me that they could not refund it. I understand that helium is expensive, I would have accepted a partial refund. However, they told me they couldnt do that. Now Im stuck with this useless, giant, messed up balloon. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

They have amazing customer service. That girl Faith is amazingly nice and sweet.

Terrible the manager was so rude. We bought 4th of July big balloons there & went back the next day to have them filled. He remembered us buying them & commented he remembered he got us the last ones but refused to fill them unless we had the receipt. He said we had to pay $2.99 per balloon. He clearly did not want to fill them. We ask if we could just return them for in store credit & he got mad. When he rang them back up he said see this is such a problem! No one was in line. I didnt even know they were on sale so it rang up where he should be giving me $3.31 back. I have the receipt & he would not return the money. I seriously have never been treated so rudely. I dont even care about the $3.31 but his attitude was so terrible. The poor girl helping was so embarrassed. He clearly doesnt need to be in customer service.

Today we went in to buy party supplies all of their coupons for buy one get 1/2 off we get up to the register they charged us full price . Then I called somebody up to give us the discount so we leave we realize that they didn’t give us a discount on a couple of the items so we went back into the store then the gentleman proceeded to tell us that we were lying that there were no tags up that they pulled the signs down early this morning so I go back to work and after we had walked out of the store they ran and took out all of the sale signs but the plastic holders for the cell phones were still there the kid behind the register kept arguing with us and telling us that we were liars and I said don’t argue with customers they were there why would I lie about it and he proceeded to tell me that I was a liar that they pulled him down earlier this morning which they had not done because we seen them . Terrible customer service arguing with customers calling us liars this is definitely not how you treat customers and this is not how Act. I told him you shouldn’t be arguing with your customers then he continued to argue with me and said I am not arguing with you I’m telling you that those were taken down earlier this morning which they were not they pulled them down after we walked out the first time then treated us like we were idiots like we did not know what we were talking about .

Spent quite a bit of money on a balloon bouquet for my granddaughters 1st birthday party and of course I got them blown up. Big ordeal ya know. 1st Birthday PartyWell imagine my surprise when I went to take the cover bag off of the balloon banquet (now remember they were covered with a huge bag and my weight was inside and I was told the strings would be slip knotted for easy placement but secured to the weight)should of listened to that inner voice(mind you this was an outside event at a park) there the balloons went floating away into the sky.Yep.....they were not tied to the weight or secured in anyway to what I had purchased and was assured that they would be secured to so not only was I left standing there watching my $60.00 worth of balloons float away ( it was also a very windy day)and mo way to catch them (helium travels fast on a windy day)when I called and spoke with an employee who said the manager was unavailable at the store I was just given an OH Really, no apology, no refund, no replacement balloon offer or anything.And its not so much even the money its all the planning and enjoyment that they stole from me with no 2nd thought.I will never shop at Party Citu again and I definitely dont encourage anyone to buy their balloon bouquets there. Its just not worth it unless you have money to watch float away.

Very unfriendly company policies! Called to ask if they could hold over 300 pieces of an item to use for my catering company and they wouldnt do it! I told them I could be there the next day (I live an hour away) and they refused! The clerk said, its just the way our company works! I told her it was a very unfriendly policy! She even asked her manager who refused!! If this is the policy of the entire company, Ill be ordering all of my party items online in the future!!!

This was the absolute WORST online shopping experience/customer service I have ever experienced! I paid for 2 day delivery, there was a problem with the billing address because I had it shipping to another location. When I called them after fixing online the night before, the rude rep hung up on me, had to call back and pay another $10 in shipping for a total of $30 in shipping to upgrade to next day to make sure it was here the day before the party. Yeah....yesterday came and went and all of the order isnt here. They claim there was a delay with the shipping for the second box, and now it wont be here til Monday when I actually placed the order on Wednesday....so much for NEXT DAY AIR!!! Usually I buy in store but since apparently PartyCity doesnt carry all of their stuff in store...& Scooby Doo is one you can only get online, I had to purchase online. So now I get to explain to my kid why she doesnt get her piñata for her bday! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from PC online again & the customer service was so horrible I dont know if I even wanna buy from the company period!!! I would have even rated this experience one star...I woulda put negative stars but it wouldnt let me!!
