I love CosmoProf! The ladies are always nice and helpful. My only complaint is that they dont carry everything I need so I have to shop and State Beauty as well.

CosmoProf seems to be out of quiet a bit of product. I had to order online and pay the extra shipping cost. Unnecessary.

I bought a pair of clippers through them and a year later they broke.. I did not have to prove of purchase so the gm spent two days looking up my information until she found that I did buy them. I then exchanged my clippers with no hassle.. absolutely the best service Ive seen in the hair game.. I will be doing business with Joplin cosmo prof for a long time now..
