My first time going here and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.They have the best candles,body products and perfumes.

I enjoy all the scents I get to experience there. I appreciate that for every product there is a trial sample to smell or smooth on to your skin to make sure you like it before you purchase. I always end up spending more than intended whenever I go there. I always walk out smelling good. Service is always friendly.

Friendly staff as always, great workers. However if you are wanting to exchange old wall flower plug-ins that don’t work, the store policy is currently not to do that...however you can walk through and pick up and smell every wall flower scent candle along with every other person passing though...so I’m not sure why they aren’t accepting exchanges...hope they find a way to resolve this issue soon.

Hard for me to get to excited about a beauty place. We bought fragrances for our diffusers and some lotion for relaxing back rubs. The store seemed to be well organized and the sales people were helpful and friendly. All Bath and Body Works seem to be laid out the same way, which is good for me. I dont have to send a lot of time here.

We love to go here and get candles and my wife always looks for new body sprays and lotions that smell good. Its a great store.

Ive had all great experiences in the joplin store. Its always staffed well, clean, stocked well. Im always able to get help I need if I need it. I cant complain.

I always love buying foaming soaps from here. Their lotions and little bottles of hand sanitizer are awesome too. Regardless of the season, you will always find a scent youll love. Just try to come out on a Saturday when they have a sale going on - otherwise the prices are too high! Thankfully this location is really good about having a sale on something every Saturday. And their customer service is wonderful. Even when its busy, youll find someone in the floor to help you find what youre looking for.

Im allergic to the preservatives in most of their products, so I only go for the candles. And they always making the ones I love most! I used to love their wallflowers, but the fragrance selection isnt as good anymore, and the fragrance doesnt last very long.

I love this store. Joplin has the most helpful staff and cleanest store I have ever visited. I love the 1000 Wishes and a few other select scents. For Christmas I always purchase lotions and sprays for the ladies in my family and they always have amazing deals.

Staff were very picky on who they wanted to help and seemed to follow their own agendas, also disregarded to inform us of when sales started as we already had everything we had wanted but then learned it started in a couple more days, but they did not say sorry or anything else. Will not come back, I will go to the one in Branson than the one here.
