Good service,shoes are a little pricey,but theyre name brands,like dr martens,Nike etc.

Walked in with my daughter to look at some shoes. One of the co-worker pushed my daughter. I said something to him and all he did was laughed. Yall need to upgrade on your help.

Still waiting on a call back from the manager about my issue...its only been a month. Good thing customer service is not a top priority. The day I was there the assistant manager was so disrespectful that a family who had walked in the store left. Hard to keep customers if you dont know how to treat them.

I walked in the store, when I asked a fellow worker for help, but he ignore & continue talking to his coworkers. & when I try looking at the clothing he was blocking my path, I said excuse & he ignore me once again. So I was like move over kiddo. & then he kicked me out of the store for calling him a kiddo.

Does anybody that works here actually do anything?? I can stand in this store for 30 mins while a group of 5 employees congregate on the other side of the store playing around twiddling their thumbs. Not eager to help any customers or talk to customers. No wonder sales are lacking. This store is complete trash.

Good options as far as shoes. I do prefer Journeys though.

Their shoes are good, but I come here because of their affordable and comfortable athletic wear.

I come in and the first thing I here is a fight going on between two employees about a pair of shoes. Never coming back here again as no workers know anything about shoes.

They need to get some employees that wants to work. Lazy people working here. None of the employees here are knowledgeable about sneakers. The women working need to stop having an attitude, you work at a shoe store.
