Im not one for writing reviews but We had hit all the jewelry stores in the mall and they were either too used car salesman or out of our price range. Walked in to Kay and was greeted with a handshake and an introduction. Matthew did an awesome job working with us and really took the time to help us find what we wanted. He had even commented a few times that were here for you and what you want. Nothing pushy and no well this is a little out of your price range BUT. Its definitely a place that will be getting more of my business.

If you ever need something special for that someone in your life. This is the place to get it. They will work with you to get the best gift at a fair and sometimes even a very good discounted price. Stop by there sometime and tell them John Williams asked them to take good care of you.

I just wanted to say that I was totally impressed by the service I had here. The associate, Joe, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Took his time to show me a variety and offer suggestions. And helped me to find the right diamonds for the occasion. Very pleasant people! As this is not the first Kays I have shopped at, I would recommend anyone looking for that perfect diamond to come to Kays!

Just bought a engagement ring 2 1/2 weeks ago for my fiancé, talked to a few guys, Matthew was the one who Assisted me through the whole talk and process. My sweet FIANCÉ got my engagement ring here and he has absolutely nothing but good things to say about his experience with them. A manager helped him out and was beyond respectful and cool! We came in several weeks later and they knew him by name AND remembered all of the details he had given them about his proposal. He said he will never go to another jewelry store! I normally buy their customer appreciation offering for Christmas presents and they are usually pretty good. This year however they were very cheep looking. I bought 2 sets of earrings and I took them back for a refund. They werent even proud enough of their product to put them in a Kay Jewlery box. They came in a plain white box that was way oversized for the product! I can go to Wal Mart and get that! Besides, when I was returning their product a sales clerk in the back of the store said crazy real loud! Really, I was the only one in the store! I would be crazy to accept this inferior product and rudeness, thumbs down Kays!

Every time we go in there we are treated kindly and with respect. Im not even a huge jewelry person, but as long as we continue receiving great service, they definitely have our business!

Went there a few times to make ordered or exchanges and the employees there never make you feel like youre troubling them at all, theyre always super helpful and really make the experience enjoyable and Ive never felt pressured to make a purchase that I want already planning on!
