Loved it they are the nicest people Ive met.Lot of good stuff for experienced divers and for ppl wanting to start

Complete lack of communication and organization at this shop. They dont communicate expect you to know the schedule when they dont tell you when it is. They trust others to tell you instead of communicating with you directly. Its an unorganized mess. They teach communication and planning is key in diving but dont practice it in their shop. Unless your a male you will not be taken seriously here. Youll be given the run around until you finally give up because you arent important.

Went in for an evaluation, was not impressed, actually the opposite. Trainer was not knowledgeable. Have been to far better swim schools than this. I guess due to covid, parents have to be in the pool if the child is not swimming on their own. I’m sorry, then why would I pay you? I can do everything your “instructor” can. The instructor touched and worked with my daughter during the eval. So how is that different than an actual lesson. Levi is cold and not well mannered. I watched him unclog the toilet, the plunger dripped all over the toilet seat and bathroom floor, then he dripped it all the way out the bathroom and down the hall. My daughter did not have shoes in the dressing room at the time. He did not sanitize anything after doing so. I’m sorry that is much more unsanitary and cause for disease than a young instructor teaching my healthy child to swim. Also, He should have waited till we were completely out of the dressing room until entering, all did was yell “is everyone dressed?” not impressed, will suggest to everyone I know not to sign their children up.

Very friendly, experienced, and helpful . They make you feel welcome and answer any questions you have . Also have great trainers.

Felt very unwelcome the momment I walked in. Any questions I asked they said they said ask the manager. Did not feel confident in hltheir ability to train and lead a dive. I am a DM and have visited many shops and rarely felt so looked down on.
