This place is an absolute JOKE! My fiancé got me a wedding ring from here last year and I was so excited! Not only was the ring exactly what I picked out, but it also cost a pretty penny so I assumed the quality would be great, right?WRONG !!!!! After just 6 months, some of the diamonds in the band started falling out so we had to take it in to get fixed, and it took almost a month to get it back! ..now after another 6 months have passed, MORE diamonds have fallen off!! I mean it’s only been a little over a year since he got the ring and this will be my SECOND time having to take it back to get fixed!!.. And this isn’t some little cheap accessory we’re talking about, this is an almost $4,000 ring, so one would expect for the quality to be GOOD!! ......I mean, its not like I punch on punching bags for a living, I literally sit at a desk all day and type.. and we don’t even have children so i’m not constantly doing things with my hands either.... it seems the only way I can keep this ring from falling apart is if I DONT wear it, WHICH DEFEATS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE OF GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went just to look. Once I got there I was helped by someone who showed me a ring way over my budget (I think I said under $3000 and I was showed a $5000 ring). :/ However, once I started working with one of the guys, he was very easy to work with. He explained the different Cs of diamonds and showed me a ring that was about what I wanted to spend. He mentioned there was a sale going on that would save me several hundred dollars. There was a protection plan that was fairly expensive available. However, it covered resizing and replacing stones. There was also a 30 day money back guarantee. I also added some peek-a-boo stones. So far, it has been close to 7 years since I bought the ring. My wife has resized the ring, lost a few of the tiny diamonds and has gotten it cleaned about 12 times. Ive saved much more than the plan cost. Super glad I got it. I will say, if the ring sale wasnt going on I probably would have walked out without it that day.Pros: Low pressure, clear explanations, good plan benefits, good return policy, additions to ring were easy to make and done correctly. Good sales. Widespread stores, easy to go in for ring inspections.Cons: Cost for the first resizing? What? I spend thousands and they wont even make it the correct size? (Covered by the protection plan for me so it wasnt a factor in my transaction), attempt to up sell me as soon as I walked in.

Ive purchased from here multiple times and will continue to purchase jewelry from here. They are always so kind and helpful and have such beautiful jewelry! Ive never had any issues getting a ring fixed with lifetime warranties there is no hassle. Definitely recommend! :)

I bought a birthstone ring for my elderly mother. It was too small. Ended up going to the mall to get it sized. The worker was kind enough to go to her in the mall. I will cherish the ring!

Extremely poor service and completely disrespectful. Do not trust these people especially Adam. When we were buying a custom made ring, Adam completely failed to mention that once we bought the ring we would not get our money back. Furthermore I asked for a red ruby however I got a bright pink stone instead. When I went back there Adam just gave nothing but excuses and told me that if I want a true red ruby then I had to pay an extra hundred dollars. Than he went a step further and black mailed me with my money. So now I have no ring and no money. I will never go to this place again.

I had the worst service here yesterday. I went into purchase a ring and i found one I liked with the price tag visible $49.99 and when I asked to see and it the assist manager handed it to me and i asked the price on it just to make sure the tag was right and he told me sorry that you missed the sale by 10 days and told me it was $99.99. Im kinda stunned that someone would tell a customer that,I will NEVER buy anything from this store and i suggest you dont either.

He wasnt looking for an engagement ring just a nice piece of jewelry...he gave her his budget and she told him he had a wine drinkers taste on a beer drinker budget and passed us off to someone else because she realized she wasnt going to make a huge commission..when he does get engaged we will not be shopping at this store!

Very dissatisfied!! My husband went in on the 23rd and purchased a ring for me. They told us it would be in on the 30th. 30th came and gone, he called today and they said it would be in at 4pm. We drove over an hour, for it not to be there! Supposedly the store in KS FORGOT TO SHIP IT!! WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!
