They ran our credit went as far as telling us we were approved and at the last minute rescinded their offer from the lender we have excellent credit and income but they reduced our proven income by half and denied us. (Crooked liars)

They say they try and help you well they dont. we dont have the best credit score, now over the phone they seemed like theyd actually help. When we get there it was completely different just tried to get us out of there as quick as possible didnt even get a copy of our license until we mentioned it we only knew they needed a copy because they said it over the phone so they didnt bother to get everything they needed they just rushed us out the door and we still have not heard a word from them

I can’t really say our experience was a bad one but it’s been a very long process. We originally got our approval in February, today is the 8th of May and we’re still not in our home. We finally closed on our house 2 weeks ago, the foundation was done this last week so that’s been ok but I still don’t have a definite answer as to when our house will be delivered. I just keep getting told we’ll squeeze you in as soon as we can. Maybe it’s because I’m not a patient person but I’m a planner, I need a date. We’re renting right now and I need to let the landlord know for sure when we’ll be out and I can’t do that. I despise hanging in limbo!! I’m sure once we’re finished and living in our home I might feel differently but right now I need some definite answers, not hopefully soon!!

Wow! This place is awesome! Never had been and I got all the answers I needed the first time there. Got to go look at the different options clayton has to offer and my oh my they are gorgeous!

The quality of Clayton Homes is outstanding. I stopped by a few weeks ago to tour the Sumner which I found to be exactly what I was hoping for. Nathan was helpful, direct, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back when it’s time to buy!!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had. Wanted to pay cash for the home but couldnt get anyone to commit to when it would be delivered. They wouldnt lock it up and keep people out of it after it was a done deal.

Got out home took longer than expected. When it got delivered and finished they touched up the paint with a different color. Our home got finished in November since we had heat problems and keep getting blown off and havnt fixed it have to be forced to use electric heat for half the home becuse it dosnt cool. Now our home is settling and having problems there. Only answers we get is were waiting on corporate. Did the block around the house but put the vent holes below the Mudd line told them but again no responce. I would not recommend anyone use this clayton they have not been professional and just gave us the sales talk took our money but never helped fix the problem oh the chimney is leaking we feel like we spend $150000 for a lemon
