Excellent work! Our car looked new after the repair. Besides that the customer service was incredible! I had to fly in from out of town to get the car since we had our accident on a road trip and the guys from the shop brought the vehicle all the way to Wichita for me. Really saved us a lot of money and headache!

I was directed here by an insurance company after someone had backed into my vehicle while unoccupied. The estimated repair time was about 2 weeks. The repairs were done 3 day early and looked amazing! My rear quarter panel looked brand new, as if nothing happened. I would definitely recommend them for any auto body repair needs!

There is not a single negative thing I can say about this company. The level of care I received from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Has greatly surpassed any of my preconceived notion of how it should be when dealing with repairs. We had some front end damage to our Honda Accord from a hit and run. The ladies at the reception desk all the way down to the mechanics all were extremely knowledgable, friendly, and displayed a higher level of understanding. When I had questions about the repairs, James was there to answer them and help me understand the process. I was made aware of additional damages found once looking under the hood. I was also kept informed via text and phone calls to update me on the status of the repairs. I was very pleased with the service and how well they turned out. I am so thankful for this company being a light in a really dark time. USAA was giving me a super hard time because a drunk driver hit my car while it was parked in a driveway. When the vehicle finally got to their hands they worked with me, understood the situation and continued to communicate with me regularly regarding the status of my car -- which ended up totalled like I told USAA. I am honestly so thankful for them and their willingness to show compassion and kindness during a really stressful time in my life.

Went very well. Had some front end damage that I thought was minor but ended up being more extensive then thought. They did a great job at getting OEM parts and fixing it back to new. I cant tell the difference between the factory metallic paint and where they painted.

My mother brought her vehicle there because the insurance company directed her there. They fixed the tail light and painted the area that was hit. The repair looked brand new. HOWEVER, the radio, the DVD player, DID NOT WORK AFTER MY MOTHER GOT THE HER VEHICLE!!! Nothing was reprogrammed!! Try driving a 3 hour drive with NO RADIO OR DVD FOR A 8 and 5 year old!Their customer service and the repair were amazing. But do not expected them to go above and beyond. Seeing as know my mother needs to take her vehicle back to get her radio and dvd player to work.😖

Excellent experience!!!! I accidentally scratched the bumper of my leased truck on the brick around my garage door. I was fully expecting to get ripped off going to a body shop. However, this establishment changed my perception. It was a fantastic experience and a very reasonably priced transaction. Instead of charging extra to remove the bumper they found a way to paint it still on to save ME MONEY. Thank you very much. The work was flawless! I had some body work done here after a hail storm. They were awesome and took care of all the insurance work for me. There was a hiccup with my rental car not being delivered on Monday. They were awesome with how they helped and were still able to squeeze me in on that same Tuesday. Work was done in less than two days.i would definitely recommend them for body work.

They “fixed” my car, then when I went to pick it up there were still several things wrong that still needed to be fixed. I pointed it out the guy and he made up some excuse as to how it’s fine. Ao I returned with my dad the following day and the guy was super nice and understanding and fixed it right After my dad pointed out what was wrong. I thought that was pretty unprofessional how they couldn’t take my word for it even though it’s my car.

Ive brought several vehicles in. If its not an insurance claim with massive damage you arent provided quality service. When I asked for an estimate they insisted my insurance award them the job prior to the estimate being conducted. This is why I go to Lanny Wolf. He is always honest and treats everyone with respect.

Pricey and rude. Tried to tell me the price may increase because more work needed to be done than it truly needed to be.

My insurance recommend i take my car here after it was involved in a hit and run. Originally they told me my car would be ready in no time, 2 weeks later they’ve ordered the wrong parts, not gotten parts in time, and KEEP pushing the projected date out. I have been displeased with the service and if i would have known I wouldn’t have taken my car there.

One of the most honest and professional places I’ve ever been too. They are up front and honest if you pay attention, they are very helpful in understanding how the whole process takes place, including how you insurance company handles their portion of the process as well. I would recommended them to anyone who is involved in a wreck, or just for guidance, they are there to help.

I chose Briggs body shop 1st due to the high reviews, but was very quickly swayed to another shop when the employee doing the estimate glanced at the surface damage and without looking anywhere else, very confidently was able to reassure me there was no possible way there was undercarriage damage with the incident I described. I had to point out the damages for him to notice them. He showed no concern for what I was trying to explain occurred during the accident. His reassurance of no possibility of damage without ever looking or expressing interest pushed me to look somewhere else for service. By the way, I never got a call back for the estimate. Two days later I looked for a different shop and went to colkision body shopCollision works in Junction city was the complete opposite and did a very thorough initial assessment and were very proffesional.I will be referring Collision work for my military buddies. Complacency of one disgruntled employee cost Briggs auto shop $3k, maybe they make plenty and they can afford it. Good for them.

They had done some work on my Corolla when I got hit by another car on my back bumper. They did great work and the estimator that was helping me was very polite and updated me on the repairs every day to let me know what was going on. It was easy to get an estimate and even though it took a week to get scheduled in for repairs, it was well worth the wait. They were recommended by my insurance company USAA. It was really nice having them close by to Fort Riley. They are a great company and have great people that work there.. Our friends also told us that they had their work done with Auto Craft and had good work done too so we felt great about them.

My car was repaired here with supposedly over 4000 dollars in damage from being hit. I got it back a week ago and already had to take it back in from damage that was obviously overlooked. I just got it back for the second time & Im already having to take it back in (obviously not taking it back to autocraft) for more damage that was overlooked. In conclusion, I do not recommend trusting this place with your car.

Dont ever take your car to autocraft!!! Had damages that was $600 which i thought was going to be an easy fix but instead they overcharged me with labor. The labor was over $2000. Which caused my insurance to declare total loss and I ended up losing my car. Worst place ever to take your car.

I took my car for a estimate on my trunk and bumper from a tree accident. They asked me is it out of pocket or insurance company. They gave an estimate for $2451...my insurance wrote check..then priced raised to $4000!..basically doubled from what they claimed..which made my vehicle total. It is a perfect running car. But since my insurance wont pay more than what its worth they left the car as is..remind you didnt fix anything just took apart and wont put back a bumper!. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHADY BUSINESS.

At first I was getting very frustrated because there were so many delays due to my insurance company and claim, but that was to be expected. However, every single time I called to check up on my vehicle, which were numerous, Tristan was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs. I loved the text message updates by the way!! He was always very patient with me even when I became very frustrated. When I finally was able to get my vehicle you couldnt even tell where the damage was. As an added bonus they even detailed the inside of my vehicle, which it needed very badly. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely do business here again in the future, BUT hopefully I wont have to!! :) Thank you so very much!!

Took my impala to get fixed after an accident. When picking up the car it was poorly painted the manager Blake said Oh itll buff out. It didnt he buffed so much it went through the clear coat. We then got a lot of rain and the car began to rust. Took the car back to be fixed (agreed upon) and they still did such an awful job there is literally dirt in the paint and clear coat. They scratched the complete opposite side of my car and had to repaint that side. Went to pick up the car the second round and I was told Were not touching it again... Save yourself the hassle dont bother with them.Update: had work done by this company 3 months ago, went to go get routine oil change, alignment, tire rotation, and things of that nature before a lon road trip. Needless to say I have mismatched tires THAT THEY HAD PUT ON. Now I have uneven wear and have to replace all four tires. Again dont waste your time with them.

Took my car in for an estimate. First thing they said was it for an insurance quote or out of pocket? As a licensed insurance agent I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Tells me they are overcharging the insurance companies. The lady at the desk had no rebuttal when I told her I was a licensed insurance agent and never heard of such a practice. This is why peoples auto insurance keeps going up. How could you have 2 different prices for the same work. Shady business practice.

Overall experience was great with their attentive nature in handling our insurance versus the claiming agent that was fixing our vehicle. Great communication and USAA approved site that I would continue to send my friends to.

Brought my car for an estimate for color damage. I was verbally quoted $2000. When I made a claim to my insurance and brought it back they raised the price by $1500 totalling 3500. They are not honest, when younput claims through your insurance they raise prices. I brought my car to another repair shop and they charged verbally and on paper $1500 for the same job.

Rude and a complete waste of my time!! Called them to get an estimate for my Car. Explained to them that I didnt know what the damage was but that the carfax report showed structural damage and I needed them to look at it and tell me what the issue was. They told me on the phone that was no problem and told me to bring it in the next day and they would give me a free estimate. When I showed up the receptionist was very polite and nice but when I got the guy to look at the car everything went down hill. He walked up to my car and told me to tell him what was wrong with the car. This was the very same guy that the receptionist had explained the whole situation to. I told him I didnt know and thats what he was supposed to be telling me. He was the professional after all. He just looked at me with this blank stare and told me again to tell him where the damage was. After him telling me about 5 times and to show him the damage and him completely ignoring what I was saying to him I had enough. He finally told me he could send it down to the Ford dealer to have them look at it but that would cost me 2-300 but they couldnt look at it. I then went to the dealer myself who are charging me $80.00 to look at the car. So they where going to rip me off.
