I have nothing but great things to say about the service department! Sherri was so helpful getting my car in there and fixed when I needed a battery replacement! She explained all of my options very thoroughly to help me find the best one for me and my lifestyle! My car was fixed quickly and the prices were great!! We will be using Jim Clark for all of our services from now on!
Service tech was out the door before I got in, wanting to save me time on getting my vehicle done so I could get to work. Service Tech communicated with me on the air filter that needed to be changed without just doing it and assuming it would be ok. This is greatly appreciated especially on a budget. Work was done in great time and the Service Tech got the most out of the coupon I presented upon arrival. Very impressed with the Jim Clark service techs, sales staff and all. Will definitely recommend Jim Clark!
I selected my services online and received several confirmation emails with the date time and prices. The price was supposed to be 49.95 for everything (oil change. Tire rotation. Multipoint inspection) and I used my Chevy $20 off oil change coupon. I went in expecting to pay around $30 with my coupon since that was what was advertised. My bill ended up being double that at nearly $60 ($57.33) after the coupon. I’m disappointed that the website and emails advertise one price only to then charge double that after you’ve gotten the service done. That or I was charged more than what was advertised as the receipt is poorly constructed and a bunch of fees and services are on there instead of the cost of the oil change itself. Not only that but I received many email confirmations for the appointment I made roughly 2 weeks in advance and the dealership had my number to call but when I arrived for my appointment they asked how I made that appointment and said it wasn’t really available and they would “squeeze me in since I was there” genuinely unimpressed with my experience. Not to mention my car seems to have been reset as now the computer completely shuts down and resets every time the car is turned off and on and was given no update on the inspection they did or any of the service; What may need done; When service is needed again. Just handed the bill and directed to the cashier counter.
I was helped immediately when I arrived. The gentleman in the service area escorted me in and helped open the doors as I pushed my baby stroller inside. The other gentleman helped me with the elevator and even made sure we made it to the top and were comfortable. I definitely get great service and customer service whenever I come to get my car serviced.
Just love your people in the service dept. They are great to work with and do a great job doing it with a smile to add. They always are honest and helpful.

Took my car in for an order change. Knew mY front tire sensor didnt work. But after having them change the oil now NONE OF MY TIRE SENSORS WORK. Everything worked fine until I took it in. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im so upset now. How can I take it in for a simple oil change knowing I had 1 faulty tire sensor to getting it back and now NONE OF THEM WORK. WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THEM. ILDRIVE TO MANHATTAN AND HAVE IT CHANGED
We had trouble with our 2018 GMC Duramax while traveling by their dealership. They worked through our issues over a couple of weeks and were able to get us back up and running prior to a scheduled vacation departure. Their service department went above and beyond to save our vacation and even drove our vehicle and met us halfway between our home and their dealership to get it back to us! Tested their repairs on a 1300 mile trip pulling our 5th wheel and it did no skip a beat. Will seriously consider them for our next vehicle purchase based on their service department. THANK YOU!!

So I wanted to update my initial review, sadly I cant give out more stars but this is not the first correspondence from this team and its not like we bought a new car. It was used, maybe 15k dollars so nothing significant but the wife loved it. They have not been pushy come buy more cars, but for sure making sure they stay at the forefront of out minds when we think about cars. Well executed and classy through and through. ****When dealing with cars the most important thing is a courtesy and attentive staff. Every person i interacted with was awesome. ONE NAME: RAFAEL! Having dealt with a few dealers over the course of a couple three weeks and having zero luck with customer service or consistent communication. I was at my wits end and decided to give it one last shot with a dealership in Kansas. Now keep in mind I had tried to strike deals in Texas, Indiana, Massachusetts and Michigan (my home state), and no one wanted to put the work into getting a deal done. They were great to work with my schedule and help with the truck I was looking at. The check engine light came on three weeks after I purchased the truck. They were sure to get me in as quick as possible to take a look and found it was a faulty oil pressure sensor. They fixed it and got me back on the road at no charge since I was still under the 30 day warranty. I highly recommend working with Rafael in the sales department.

All work was performed on a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The only hiccup was a process that utilizes a subcontractor which temporarily confused the service manager and me. That was quickly resolved and the work on our vehicle was completed on time.
Well so far I’m not to impressed, I first took my 09’ outlook to the service center for lack of power. After a week I was told it was both front catalytic converters. OEM part are to expensive so I got a set of magma flows put em on and problem persisted. Take the outlook back and it been at Jim Clark for about a month now. And no one has any idea. When I first dropped the car off I explained that this all started when a pack rat chewed through part of the wiring harness going to the coil pack, I electrical taped it to get it going again and now it’s missing on cylinders 2,4,6 and random. I drive by everyday and see my car sitting in the exact same spot every day.
Are You kidding Me? These guys are the best ever. The 2020 Corvette is amazing. They prepared the car to a high level. I bought my first new car from their predecessor in October 1969. I have owned more new cars than should even be allowed and the Jim Clark friends and family have always excelled in the handling of each purchase. Several years when we lived in other towns we bought Chevrolets, so we have experienced other dealers. Wow, great.

Enjoyed working with Ron Johnson. He was very friendly and helpful. One thing we didn’t understand is that we noticed another salesmans name with Ron’s on the “Sold” sticker. That salesman had helped us six years ago when we purchased the 2014 Silverado that we traded in. We didn’t want to work with him again. We specifically asked for Ron Johnson this time and had asked for him six years ago but he wasn’t available. I hope he didn’t cut Ron out of any of his commission because he didn’t do anything this time.

In 2016 I purchased a brand new Chevy Colorado with Jerry Vinduska and I returned August 2020 to purchase a brand new Chevy Silverado. One of my vehicles tires was low today and I needed it checked quickly since I am driving to Topeka early tomorrow. The staff at Jim Clark made time to check the tire and then repair it after they found and removed the screw it had embedded in it .They have my great thanks for making sure I could be on the road safely. The repair was done quickly and efficientlyIm so glad that this great facility is nearby!

I was informed that the pigtail on my crankshaft position sensor was corroded and it needed to be replaced. When i went to do this myself i found your technician had lied and it only needed to be replaced because he broke the conector. Your dealership has an integrity problem and i will do anything i can in the future to avoid your dealership

Even the Head boss guy actually cared about us and our happiness!! Thanks be to God. We found ourselves in a pinch:Trying to get our vehicle ready for a huge road trip, thinking it would be a simple task, with a lube and oil change. It turned out to be much more than this, but we are soooo thankful the mechanics found the problems, so we didnt end up breaking down on the highway!!Glory to God!!
Added DEF in my truck when I didn’t ask for it.There was grease on the outside of my driver side door and in the inside of my door panel in a couple different places.The last couple times I have been in there is always something negative that comes from the service department. I have owned GM vehicles my entire life and this location for services by far the worst one I have encountered.

Stay away from this Chevy dealership if youre looking for quality customer service! I always think its funny when I see all these positive reviews, and I go in with the same expectation. Unfortunately, I tried to speak to several representatives within this dealership, on my quest to get my wife the car she always dreamed of, and I guess the sales reps from this dealership are extremely busy because nobody ever returns your call. I guess I’ll try another dealership, all money is green, be warned!

Came in for a service. To complete the repair, parts were ordered. The service dept. failed to inform me the parts had not come in prior to my appointment so my time and money were wasted. My vehicle is sitting in their parking lot collecting dust.

Firsthand, I appreciate being able to schedule service appointments via the website, its so much more easier and convenient. Secondly, when I arrived to my appointment and to greeted by name was refreshing! Not only did the mechanics do an amazing job with the service and resetting the system, but they called when they found all the issues (not each time they found an issue). I understand why my husband was so adamant about me taking our vehicle to Jim Clark and Clark ONLY! When I returned to pick up my vehicle, checkout was swift and friendly.
