The associates there are very patient and helpful they helped me get the new line and theyre very professional and I would definitely recommend your store in junction City.

We bought a new Apple phone at Cricket, but discovered that we had no service at our home or at a nearby apartment complex either. You have 7 days to return the phone for a refund. We went there on the 7th day, but it turns out that Cricket is closed on Wednesdays. CLOSED on a business day in the middle of the week! We went back the next day and they said... Its day 8 now so you are slam out of luck with us. They wouldnt refund any money and left us with an expensive phone that has no service essentially. The bad part is, they werent apologetic or even friendly about it. They were quite curt. I highly recommend going with a more reputable company like T-Mobile or Verizon. Cricket doesnt seem to care about their customers once the phone is sold! Oh, and they wont unlock the phone either so we could go to a company with service in our area. Dont shop there!

Absolutely horrible experience. Where do I even start? First of all, the store is not open when they are suppose to be. I went in on Friday, Apri 9th to buy a phone. I was a little skeptical when the guy working couldnt answer any of my questions. Cricket was going to port my number which should not have been so difficult. Companies do this all the time. It is now a week later, so I call the store to get some help. The manager, Elizabeth would not help me and started yelling at me. I had already been in the store on Monday to explain my issue. She tells me to reach out to Cricket. I would not recommend this store to anyone at all. I am still not able to use my phone. The people working there are not competent to answer any questions. So basically, I am out of money. No phone or service that I paid for. To me this is theft.

An employee threw my sd card in the trash instead of putting into my new phone I bought. Found out after the fact when I drove all the way to Wichita after to visit my daughter.

All the time! The people up front could be a little more friendly,and it doesnt take 3 poeple to wait on one person. when i was in there, one guy had to wait until they were done with me.

I was contemplating on switching my four lines from Verizon to cricket. I was very hesitant at first because I didnt know much about cricket. Sandra Cameron made the store visit so pleasant and I had no worries about switching over after the interaction I had with her. You can tell she really cares for the customers and focuses on their needs. She even went out of her way to drive to Salina to get me the cases I wanted for my new phones. I will definitely be referring people to cricket and specifically to speak with Sandra.

Store opens at 9 i show up at 10 after to pay my bill its now 10 am and still not open custermer service sucks if it wasnt for coverage where i live i would go nack to boost
