Every time I go, almost all shelves were stocked. But I had a terrible bad experienced in here! One of the female employee was standing by the entrance today. She suddenly stopped me out loud and told me to show her the receipt. When I took the receipt out of my wallet, she snatched it out of my hand and sneaked into my shopping bag. After that, the she said Go! So rude! I wasnt telling others to show me the receipt, which made me feel very uncomfortable as if I had been personally attacked.

I love shopping at Walmart. The employees, however are another thing altogether. While some employees work hard, others are standing around using their cell phones for personal conversations or texting. When asking for help, I am told its somewhere in that corner of the store not acceptable

Terrible Walmart. Especially the clothing departments. Kids clothes are always ransacked. Zero selection. Truly disappointing. Overall the store is dirty and gross like most Walmarts.

Traveling in our RV and called to ask if we could overnight in their parking lot. Person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and said we could. We shopped for dinner in the store - their produce was fresh and rotisserie chicken was delicious. The parking lot was level, quiet and felt safe (sign indicated security cameras were in use). We both slept very well. Thank you Walmart for this service!

It’s Walmart what can I say? A love hate relationship. They know that. Can you please have more checkers open on a busy weekend than one? I have been to better Walmart’s, but this is my hometown and well my checkbook says I like it here.

My wife and I have been shopping Walmart for over 20 years and never have we had the WORST costumer service ever as of today. My wife needed assistance getting a shopping cart to her car and asked a manger. The manager ask a couple different employee if they could help. They saw the cart and sniveled that the contents was to heavy. (Bags of softener salt). Finely my wife just said forget it, and did it herself. My wife never asks for help but today had a toddler and baby twins with her and was just looking for a little assistance.

Bakery service was excellent. Beautiful writing on a cake quick check out. Perfect!

Absolutely awful. Needed an item in electronics at 7am. Not one employee in electronics. Went to a worker & was told sorry cant help 8 have no walkie talkie. Went to track down another employee & was told NO ONE WILL open the glass case for me cause no one is in electronics till 8.... Sorry 60 employees & no one can open a case for me to buy an item worth over a 100 bucks. Cool later.

Walmart continues to be a big box store and you usually have to ask for assistance and feel like service is provided begrudgingly. However there are a few exceptions. The pharmacist is very friendly and offers to help before you have to ask. He is very knowledgeable about the stock in the pharmacy and pertinent information about how to use it. It was a breath of fresh air. Old fashioned customer service at its best!

Its your average Walmart. Ive been coming for years and the trip is always decent. Sometimes youll come across the occasional rude employee but other than that its good.

We had a bit of a problem with an items price being mislabeled. There was some trouble at the register reconciling the price, but when the person from that department came he was very understanding and offered to match the price shown on the sign. Overall, this was a clean and well organized Walmart location.

I really like our Supercenter here! If you ask one of the employees where something is, they take you to the item. They dont just tell you or point. And they always ask if there is anything else they can do for you!

The associates were professional and courteous. My visit was outstanding because Chris and Maurice went above and beyond to help me. Great people.

Needs a lot of work with the automotive dept. Lacking customer service skills and its sad because its the one who have been there for years. Maybe hes tired of his job and it shows. Please treat your customers better. The rude cashier needs to work in the meat department the cold temp would match her attitude and maybe then she would learn to treat all customers with respect. This review is not about the mechanics for the record.

Went to this Walmart at 8 15 this morning. It was extremely slow. Upon check out the store manager proceeded to reprimand 2 cashiers in front of me for wasting 5ime. They were both working at the time. This manager is known for standing around gossiping and not helping to begin with. She was totally unprofessional and in the wrong . I felt sorry for the ladies especially the one as it appeared she was new. The store manager needs to lead by example and not stand around customer service talking to the customer about her night weekend or whatever and help her people get the job done. She also needs a class on how to manage with dignity and grace and not talk down to people.

Its a nice place to go to for all around things you feel like you need. Doesnt have much variety of some thing but atleast they have some available.

Had better plus sizes then Wichita Hutchinson or any other stores best thing they were marked down too.

Gotta wait in line at self checkout bc they never got people on the registers. always about 5 employees sitting back at the electronics section doing nothing and you literally have to cut off their convo just to get help. used to be decent, now it’s just annoying. the 25 min drive to target in mhk is worth it, every time.

I found everything I was looking for quickly and easily. There were only a few checkers, but it was not real busy. Lots of people were using the self checkout lanes. Satisfied with the experience.

Place to o park when you traveling cross-country, they are rv friendly thats worth the trip to know you can park and shop all in one place.

I was shopping for baby gifts. There were so many missing price stickers on items. I havent shopped that department in a long time, so I dont know if its always a problem or not.

I mean it’s a Wal-Mart. It’s reasonably clean and if you go to self-checkout you won’t get too bothered by the absolute trash service from some of the cashiers. Products are typically in stock and aisles are wide enough to navigate comfortably. Watch out for the personal shoppers though, they are ruthless.

Just like any major department stores nowadays its missing the Personal Touch common courtesy goes a long way a simple hi bye thank you makes a difference miss the days when service with a smile was the standard

It would be nice if the prices of the large bags of dog food were priced on the shelf. I needed some food for my dog and looked for how much it would be, but no price was available for any of the large bags.

I had some prints made from my phone opted for the 1 hour processing went back to pick them up and it took 2 people and almost 30 minutes to find them!! They were not very friendly either!!

This was our first time here and I wanted a Kansas or junction city shirt. Or even a coffee cup. I asked a nice lady that worked there. I wish I got her name because she was wonderful! She has very light blonde hair and if you can pick her out,she needs a raise!! I did get a Kansas shirt. I was born here in Fort Riley and this was my first visit since I was 5. It has been wonderful so far! Thank you!

I thought pickup was going to be a God send as a military spouse with four kids and a husband often gone. I put in a $250 pickup order and scheduled the pickup for when we would be out that evening so I didn’t have to make another trip. At my pickup time, I received notification they were running behind. It took me over an hour to even finally get confirmation that they were so behind, pickup wouldn’t happen until long after my kids were in bed asleep. I was extremely patient and kind about this because I understand things happen. I called today, asked if they needed to know when I was coming, they said no. I gave them my name and told them I would for sure be there to pick up my stuff. When I arrived this evening, they informed me they had already put everything back, despite my clear phone call from a mistake that was originally not mine to begin with. They did not notify me this was going to happen, they just did it. I was then told they had up to 4 business days to refund my money. So now I have zero groceries, it’s too late to go anywhere else, and am just out that money for the next few days. The guy at pickup didn’t even apologize. He sounded bored and irritated despite how polite I had been about the whole thing. So very frustrating.

Its really frustrating to do self checkout, especially if you have children. There should at least be a few lines open also, instead theres associates always just standing around or talking to each other. There is never anyone in the paint dept, its impossible to find help with anything but loss prevention just follows you around if you step foot in the beauty dept. I dont even carry a purse in the store because I dont want it snatched so where exactly does he think Im concealing merchandise? Its annoying, I thought at first that I was going to have to use the pepper spray if he tried to take my kid until I realized what he was following me around for. DUDE IS OBVIOUS LOL

Said on phone that I could pay cash when I got there Mrs. Do right wouldnt accept my cash payment without charging my card regardless cash released 3-10 days????????? Unacceptable for someone that uses cash fix it please

Been there several times and its not a bad place but the phone service is absolutely awful I call them the machine picks up and the dont have an extension for the produce section on the machine so I chose the associate option the lady picks up is rude asks serval time what Im talking about as if its not real the says shell send me me to lawn and garden after I explained it was s spice and had to tell her again then she finally sent me to the produce extention Im on hold for 35 minutes and nothing like I said at the beginning the place isnt bad to be at but I call to ask about the stock and shes rude and then nobody answers sorry just alittle steamed

Dont know what time they stock but it was very empty in there. Especially Halloween stuff and toiletries. This was about 7pm.

I was very disappointed in this store. They were out of a bunch of produce, some of the produce out was severely wilted. The clothing was messy, the tables werent folded, and clothes were just thrown about. Probably one of the worst Walmarts I have been to.

Store policy states that multiple cards can not be purchased for 3rd party vendors yet a 200.00 purchase was not only allowed but was done by a Walmart agent. After the purchase, Walmart service center and Mgr. refused to refund the the purchase amount. The policy is not stated nowhere within the area of the product as photographs show

Wal-Mart, never have enough registers opened. Always lines at the self serve registers. The prices are good and selection on products is better than most stores.

This store is always out of stock, prices are higher because its a military town and most of the merchandise is locked in cabinets because their loss prevention team cant do their jobs.

Customer service is good especially pickup

Had to wait 10 minutes for an associate to show up in paints. Then waited in line for 30 minutes to check out. Ten minutes onto the wait a call was put out over the PA for all available cashiers to report to the front of the store. As we made it through the checkout 4 more lanes were finally opened up with one cashier and 3 supervisors.

We were able to purchase everything on our list.

Usually have everything you need, if not order and be patient cant really go wrong with Wally world

Grocery section is super small compared to others I have been to. Drink/water/gatorade isle is bare almost everytime I go. Selection for Spanish food is minimal, I knew I should have stocked up but noooo, hubby said all walmarts have some sort of Spanish isle 🤦. No pre-made mashed potatoes to reheat(no oven where we are so fries are a no go). The peole are super nice though! Also, always leave your receipt out, they check it if you have 1 item not bagged. Must have a high theft rate there.

Just left this Walmart after being told we had to self check out due to a shortage of cashiers! You do not pay me to check everything out myself. If we had a full cart of groceries, we would have just left it. There very MANY associates standing around and joking with each other throughout the store, none of them were cross trained to cashier? Something definitely needs to change in this store

This afternoon, Walmart was busy but not crowded. Plenty of everything on the shelves. Only thing on my list I did not find was an ink cartridge for my printer. It is a 950 (Black). And I prefer an XL cartridge. There was one package of all 4 colors but I did not want to spend over one hundred dollars for a single cartridge and have the rest of them dry out before I could use them. If the 950 XL (Black) cartridge is such a seller maybe they should order more when the stock gets down to 75%.

Not good.They only stock fishing items at spring time,1 time.They want people to buy only items no one else wants.This is 2 years in a row.In garden area they send un bought seeds back after Mothers day.We need a real fishing store here,we have Milford lake here.

Walmart is always one of my go to stores. Normally has everything I need. Recently started using curbside pickup with them and its very useful. I find it very easy to use and add items to existing orders. It did take longer than expected for them to bring out my products but the employee was very friendly. Im sure it was just a busy day. But dont expect them to answer the phones. Ive been calling them all day and no one will answer my calls.

Once again when shopping here Junction City Kansas, the shelves look like a tornado went through. The associates are standing around talking and not working. Empty stocking carts left on the floor in the way. The morale with the associates that are working looks to be depressing.

Walmart is becoming more and more of a disappointment.This Walmart claimed to not have a deli item for several months. And another location maybe 90 minutes away has it. No consistency of locations in the same state. Probably even the same county.

One checkout line open with a line of at least 10 people in it. Several employees standing around the self checkout area doing nothing. Dont shop there unless you want to work for them for free while you are there.
