Like a lot of people,I had not been outdue to covid-19.But tonight my friend and I went to Baskin Robbins in Junction city,Ks.I can say it was a wonderful experience.The staff was amazing,and of course their hot fudge was just as great as I remember,The store was crowded with many happy faces.I look forward to going back for greatIce cream,and a wonderful,happy timewith friends and family.

Id love to give this place 5 stars but not anymore after you guys ran out of my favorite ice cream which is Icing on the cake even though I wouldnt mind if the ingredients wont come for a week but to not come for a month or two is to ******* long and outrageous!!!I use to love coming here for shakes but having to wait a month or two just for your favorite flavor to arrive to too long so Im never coming back here again!

Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The variety of flavors was awesome and everything tasted fantastic!

Several issues here on our visit.1. No gloves, neither of the girls working had gloves on. I did see one of them wash their hands, however, gloves should be worn.2. They had their masks on down under their noses the entire time. I get not wanting to wear them all day but cover your face while dipping people ice cream.3. ATTITUDE. The curly haired girl who initially started serving us was very rude. She not only cut us off while we were speaking but when there was an issue with the order she just stared rudely and made dramatic faces. I get that it’s high school students working in an ice cream shop but this is terrible customer service. I really hope management takes the time to train them about what is appropriate when it comes to interacting with customer, because what we experienced today was unacceptable.

I came here with my Fiance two times and the Ice Cream had freezer burn and tasted horrible. The cookies were bomb though and the employees are amazing.

Hello I was recently there and the employee saw me waiting patiently in line but then proceeded to the person behind me order I spoke up and still proceeded to take his order. Thank you.

The lady that helped me was very nice and offered suggestions. She is pregnant and was working hard and 2 teenagers working was doing nothing but standing around.

The Baskin Robbins in Junction City, Kansas is great! The entire staffing are always professional and very friendly! The store itself is also kept very well! My family and myself thoroughly enjoy going to this Baskin Robbins and love their selection along with all their staff!

My family and myself arrived at Baskin Robbins in Junction city, KS for a special treat to my son for a surprise treat. My issue is not that they were closed. My issue is due to the rude customer service. The staff that night seen my family and myself arrive at the store and I can only assume someone forgot to lock up, but as soon as my spouse exits the car and proceeds to open the door the in charge employee then runs to lock the door in his face instead of politely stating, we apologize but the store is closed. Instead her and other crew members watch and glares at us until we proceed to ask the name of staff and cooperate number,. The staff refused to give either request and tell us she does not care about us wanting the information and hangs up the phone. I felt this was very rude and racially inflected emotional harm to myself and family when it could have been handled in a more professional manner. Someone more professional and suitable for the job should be on staff.

They dont take corporate coupons. My free scoop of ice cream coupon expired out in 5 minutes. Ive been saving it for a month! BOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET WITH THE TIMES GUYS!!! The attendant was very polite. This place is very nostalgic for me.

The ice cream is good, but every time I go the staff are miserable and it shows. Recently, the girl working walks up and stares at me. Not a hello, can I help you. She just stares. Very uncomfortable so I said “hello, how are you?”, then placed my order. She hands my order, not a thank you, or come again. Just an odd experience every time I visit. No friendly or welcoming personality from staff. Staff needs better training in customer service.

Great ice cream flavor choices! The store was very busy when I arrived, however, the two employees were still in a great mood and did not become sloppy when making anyones order. Will definitely be back soon!

Bought a mint chocolate chip cake here and got home only to find out it tasted very off. There wasnt an expiration date on it like the others but was told that flavor gets a lot of complaints because they dont make it in the store. Would have been nice to get a warning at least before spending 21.99 on it. Oh and unless you try it in the store they cant do anything about it so be sure to eat your cake in front of them. Ill update this tomorrow when a manager is in if they can find a solution.

Ice cream is good, the employees are helpful, sometimes they get REALLY busy, but remember it is a small shop with only 2 to 3 employees at a time. They do their best, and are VERY good at making the sundaes, milkshakes, etc. I really enjoy whenever I go in!

The girl with the colored hair is always so sweet and friendly, she always gets me and my wife’s order correctly. Always have great service from her!

No my daughter came in for me because i have the fku she ordered a strawberry banana smoothie hoping i would be able to drink this since my throat hurt.....ya my 1st clue was the drink was white with tiny specks or redIt tastes like all bananas and its disgustingAnd its not like i can just get back in my car with the flu and go and get a new one. I have never had this problem before because these are my all time favorite smoothies from B&R i wkll stoop here before anywhere to get one..Im sick and this is sad for me

They have went down in standards. Tables are nasty and workers are lazy. The shakes are runny and if you ask to remake cause it does not meet standards they get an attitude.
