Came into the store on Friday afternoon at 13:30 requesting a big project and had the best customer service experience. Even though there was just little time and it was a lot to engrave, by 16:45 I was able to pick up my purchase which was beautifully done and just like I wanted it. Thumbs up and 5 stars to Jim for making my day and this purchase a great experience!

My experience with Three Rivers Engraving was amazing today. I was able to take my item in for engraving that morning and pick it up an hour later. The gentleman took care of my order right away while explaining what my options were. I came back an hour later and my item was BEAUTIFULLY engraved. Thank you very much to Three Rivers Engraving for your courteous and expeditiously.

Was able to help in creating a plaque within a quick time despite moving recently. Very helpful and understanding in my needs. Would recommend.

My organization ordered several hundred pint and wine glasses for a formal event. Although the glasses were ordered months in advance, they were not delivered until approximately 3 hours prior to the start of our event. We staged the glasses as gifts in a hurried manner and did not notice that Three Rivers had misspelled the name of our organization (a common word). Upon review of our order it was spelled correctly on the documentation we provided. We contacted Three Rivers and were told they would redo our order to provide redress. It has been months since our event and we have receive nothing from Three Rivers. Our experience has been unprofessional service, a lackluster product and down to the wire delivery. We will never use Three Rivers again. If you are comfortable with that level of risk, by all means, go ahead. But as for my organization, after they made us look bad in front of over 400 guests, we ll find somewhere else to do our business.

Dropped off an item for engraving the last week of Nov. Was given 12 Dec as a pickup date. Was told I would have to pick it up at their new location in Grandview. Today, 15 Dec I went to Grandview location and the sign says coming soon. I go back to the Junction City location, they said the machine broke yesterday. I informed them that it was supposed to have been ready on Monday. They said they would know by this evening whether or not their machine would be fixed in time for them to get it done before Christmas. They couldnt find my paperwork, so I gave them my name and number again. They never called! I asked why they didnt call when they knew there would be a problem with the pickup date? Youre right we shouldve. Used them once before and had a issue then with the pickup date.
