Amazing! Returned my call within an hour of my leaving a message. Ordered the glass the next day, then called me on a Saturday to let me know that the glass was in and that he wanted to get it in on Monday. He called me Monday and squeezed me in for early that afternoon, so that I didnt have to be without a car overnight. He completed the work before close of business that day. I contacted Emerald glass on Thursday afternoon and the window was repaired by Monday at 4:45! To make it even better he cleaned out all of the broken glass that was in the back of the car!
