They were very accommodating to my needs. I have an old cover. I mean from 1985 and she came in and evaluated and said I just needed to replace grommets not the whole thing to account for shrinking. I was very impressed with the honesty and quick work. They did exactly what I wanted. Complete job. Didnt try to up sell me. I will go back for all my canvas needs.
