This is a fantastic place to shop local. The selection is amazing and the staff are friendly, fun and very helpful. Lisa and Team create beautiful displays that they happily wreck if you want even one piece. Their online store is a wonderful addition for addicts like me.A range of fashions and brands that you can feel good about purchasing. Theyre very selective about what they take - so the items on the floor are good quality and in great shape. Thanks for all you do for Juneau!

Alaska Dames is a great consignment shop, particularly if you find that your closet or your clothes are feeling a bit cramped. It has a wide range range of choices for everyone and its prices are reasonable. The choices for men were better than I expected and every woman I know raves about their selection. The ability to earn some money while culling your closet, and then buy things that you will wear, makes this a worthwhile excursion. Make sure whatever you bring is clean and odor-free (which seems only courteous). The staff have keen noses. Its that quality control that ensures the rest of us have a pleasant buying experience.

I stopped in on my way to the airport and stumbled upon a great sale! Got four items which allowed me to repack my bag with a few different outfits! Thanks Lisa and crew for having a fabulous store.

The new location appears smaller so there was less space for merchandise. They used to have a lot of furniture, but it kind of just looks like a used clothing store with some furniture when you walk in. I dont mean that to sound negative, its just different than it was. I hadnt been in a long time, since before the move, and I guess I expected it to look more trendy and have more floor space. Its less flashy and the new location just isnt as appealing. The clothes are what the clothes are though. Being consignment that leaves a lot up in the air if youre looking for something specific. There isnt much appeal to male shoppers, which I suppose it pretty standard, but it would be nice if it was more than an afterthought. Overall the store is perfectly adequate, but I wouldnt say its necessarily a standout shop to me anymore. Its indicative of the few options remaining in Juneau, Alaska.

Love this place!! Have always shopped here growing up and am really happy I can also gain credit with the clothes I consign. Great business, great people, and a trendy store!

Alaskan Dames is one of my favorite Juneau stores. Both locations are incredible and there are always good finds and great service.

I cannot continue my daily shopping with this company. I dont want my skin to be the reason why I cant shop. I would like to know of any other respectful places I can go to. My experience is really un- appreciated. My experience should not affect anyone else but time and money earned to shop at a place without having problems should be better than what us natives should have. 100% of natives live in alaska. We are people too.

I enjoy shopping at Alaska Dames, it’s well-stocked, clean and pleasant. The staff are so nice, and the range of clothes and household goodies at low prices means I can usually leave with some great “new” finds. .

Such a fabulous place! They were having a wicked awesome sale and the ladies were so friendly. Everyone that walked in there was greeted and informed about current sales. Answered my consignment questions thoroughly and kindly.

They have a fair selection and are very reasonably priced. I also feel it would be fair to acknowledge how friendly and eager to please all the employees were. I really like the vibe of the place. Theyre rather picky about the quality of their second hand wares. It was an excellent first impression overall. Highly recommended.

Great place to bring in clothes im rotating out of my closet. sometimes have trouble finding my cash amount credit after my items have sold for full price (not clearance)

They recently moved locations but I love the new location better. They are so friendly and the manager here makes you feel like family. I love their paint selections for products to diy your own furniture and the shoes and clothing are always in style

Although merchandise was displayed beautifully it was a bit overcrowded with items. Also, the store had good quality items but seemed to be fairly high priced for 2nd hand stuff. Great helpful and friendly staff.
