I experienced good customer service with Perseverance glass. I ordered odd-sized custom windows without flange and they were ready in one week. The delivery guys were great and they fixed a miscommunicated order immediately.
Perseverance Glass has to be the worst business on this planet! They completely lack professionalism and are downright clueless when it comes to customer service. For example, do not hold your breath if youre expecting to receive a return call back. Ive made 7 calls to them over the course of two months now and have yet to get a call back. Further, do not expect to see their field repair person even with an appointment - they blow you off and then do not have the courtesy to call you when they blow you off--not even a courtesy call to apologize for blowing off your reservation.Unless that is what you are looking for in terms of service, Id advise to seek alternative service.
Called about some window screens, asked what it would cost to get some made and built so I brought my old one in, was told it was gonna be about 40 bucks for it, finally got the Call to pick them up, and my final price sky rocketed paid almost 200 bucks for 2 window screens only about 4ft tall 21 inches wide, was not very happy
We wanted to put reeded glass panels in our kitchen cabinet doors. Perseverance had the glass we wanted and Miles (who was great) answered all my questions. 12 of 13 panels were cut perfectly to spec. When I reported that the one pane was not right, I was provided the appropriate sized replacement quickly and free of charge. While its not inexpensive, I wont hesitate to bring future work to Perseverance.
I brought a small wall mirror frame to have the mirror replaced (12 X 16). The estimate was $30 - $12 for the mirror and no more than $20 for the labor. I picked it up this morning and the price was $39.99. I was charged for 0.25 hour at $100/hr. The additional cost apparently was a consequence of their putting new lip mounts to hold the mirror more firmly in place. However, the lip mounts were so thick that the mirror would no longer hang from the wall with the existing wall hanger bracket. They removed the lip mounts and put industrial grade tape to hold the mirror in place, which took all of 2 minutes.
Had a broken window on one of my buildings, called perserverence, they came the same day for an estimate and had the glass replaced within another day. Highly reccomend their service.
