How can one really talk about service so good when it went very bad at the beginning. I ordered flowers on 8/17 to be delivered on 8/21by 9:30 AM. That same day I received a call for delivery of the flowers for Susan. Interesting, since my friends name is Donna.. Errors corrected until 8/21 when the flowers had not arrived by 11:00 AM. They arrived 30 minute later and were magnificent. The manager called and apologized and Donna received the most wonderful surprise gift of Orchids the following Monday. Every business has its not good events. Its what they do to correct them that separates the good from the rest.

I recently ordered a beautiful floral arrangement to be sent to my mother for Mother’s Day and her birthday. I left the arrangement up to the designers to choose what they wanted and to design something beautiful and WOW did they deliver!!!! I ordered three bouquets for my wedding in Jan 2020. Everyone on the phone was helpful and the prices were very reasonable. Flowers were beautiful, arrived on time for wedding, and lasted almost two weeks after the wedding. Florist even gave me several tips on how to use the flowers during the reception and wedding photos. Would highly recommend!

Ordered the premium serenade in blue arrangement for a friend after she had to put her dog down unexpectedly and the arrangement, while pretty, was in my opinion, lacking for the price. The arrangement was supposed to have lilies, roses, chrysanthemum, statice and viburnum. I purchased the premium upgrade and the arrangement delivered had 4 white roses, zero lilies, a few small bunches of viburnum and that was basically it.

Love the quality and choices. It is one of my favorite places to go especially around the holidays. We always order a Christmas flowers for the office Personnel here. Even the owner of the company insists that his centerpiece for their home comes from Annas. They do such a wonderful job. You just cant go wrong

Money buys everything but it cant buy those special touches that one doesnt even think about during wedding planning. Anna Flowers did...my daughter had a beach wedding on Nov. 4 16 in Jupiter, Florida and an arch on the sand. The florist came to install the floral arrangement on the arch and noticed that the poles had just been dug into the sand and lacked appeal. They collected seashells and placed them nicely around the poles to add that special touch, that meant a lot to me! We had all worked so hard to make the day memorable and for them to think of such a small but thoughtful touch is what I consider going beyond and above... money cant buy that. YES! I highly recommend Anna Flowers as a trustworthy, reputable and reliable company to do business with.

There isnt a lower score available to give them. We were ordering from them oversees for Mothers Day, they took the order with all of the delivery information and took our payment. Several minutes later they email us to let us know they cant deliver to the stated address.I would warn strongly against using this company, as there is no reason, other than wanting to grab money that they wouldnt be able to tell you that they dont deliver to a specific area.Unprofessional to the highest degree and their customer service is perhaps one of the worst Ive ever experienced.Use them at your own risk.

If I could give it no stars, it wouldn’t be a bad enough review. Flower delivery on Valentine’s Day to my girlfriend was sent to the wrong address, after specifically stating the address where the flowers were to go. They attempted to do good by throwing in chocolates and a ballon. Chocolates needed up having pecans, which girlfriend happens to be allergic to. Then, I get home and see that the flowers they delievered were not what I ordered, or not what they show online. I call them to address the problem, which they took my info down for a manager to call...and NO ONE CALLED BACK. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere where you won’t get completely ripped off and ignored.
