I needed marine services done and had called a few other places, no one was able to get to my boat for months but MEI got me on their schedule fast and got the job done quickly. Happy to say we are back up and running with some cool new gadgets.

They had me 3-4 month waiting to install the electronic and at the end, the work was never completed and they stopped answering the phone calls and never show up again. Unfinished work.

They billed me for more hours than the range they estimated before the job was contracted and more hours than were documented that the techs were working according to my marina operator. I contested their claim/billable hours but had no choice but to pay. In addition, after the install my simrad and total scan was still not working properly and they just said call simrad. Simrad said to call my installer. Other than tha, the Technition was professional and the install appeared to be well done.
