I went to the autozone on indiantown to find a new tag light because I had gotten pulled over for my being burnt out. The employee Sam was very helpful and energetic. He showed me exactly what I needed and I was on my way. Can’t recommend this location enough!!!

Too many young ones there. But was able to read my car during my trip down to Florida. Check engine light was on after getting gas at the Florida turnpike oldest station I swear. Kid tried telling me I had to computer reprogrammed? Car was running fine car read detection lean to rich, lean to rich... which would be a O2 sensor or bad gas...being the car has 36,000 miles on it Im pretty sure it was bad gas. Asked them if they sold a gas treatment I could add.. but the phone rang and he was too busy. I love kids working or learning but there should be ONE strong manager there educated generally about vehicles.

World’s best customer service! Joey and Jack-i helped me in the worst jam ever (my undercarriage plate got loose on a highway 2 hours from home at 8 pm on a Saturday!). They took initiative, found a right “clip” and installed it! Thank you, I will never forget your kindness and will be sure to play it forward!

I needed windshield wipers for my Prius and was having a hard time with getting the right size. Willmary at Jupiter Indiantown Rd was very helpful. She tried several sizes just to make sure they fit right and made put them on my car and tested them. Thanks for the excellent work.

My car battery had been jumped the night before and I was told to get a new battery ASAP.Brian greeted me, found a new battery in stock and installed it on the spot. I was on the road by 8:20.I was so impressed by the efficiency of the whole operation and especially by Brian’s friendliness and professionalism.Thank you, Auto Zone . What a great store. My a/c was running hot in my car and the salesperson brought me to the proper place for the r 134a refrigerant and pag oil. He lent me a gauge and fill valve to install it right in the parking lot. Problem solved in a few minutes and at minimal cost. I’ll be a customer always. Very pleasant and knowledgeable sales associates.

Went in around August 6th at 7:00 pm. Needless to say, I couldn’t have been provided better service. The two gentlemen working here were incredibly intelligent, respectful, honest, considerate, dedicated and efficient. The younger man worked tirelessly to ensure he could loosen my corroded battery terminal nut, while maintaining a healthy and positive sense of humor. Give your staff here a raise or an all expense paid trip to Fiji, They earned it. I am an AutoZone customer for life after this.

On Christmas Eve, after a long 3.5 hour drive, my car decided to overheat. I pulled off the road and was lucky that there was an Auto Zone right across the parking lot. I was even luckier when I was helped by the store manger, Bryan. He was so nice even though I was a little crazy and flipping out that my car was overheating, 3.5 hours from home, with 2 kids and 2 dogs in tow. He got more coolant for me, carried it out and across the lot and over to my car and filled it up for me. He even went back to the store to get a funnel because he didn’t want to make a mess. Bryan saved Christmas!!! Thank you Bryan, you made my holiday.

Just had an emergency battery change.The manager assisted me in the purchase of a new battery. He was extremely professional and helpful in both the purchase and installation. I will not hesitate to patronize this business and recommend to others about my experience at this parts store..

UPDATE: brought item to store for exchange and was told they could not help me. I was told by Matthew K the person who answered the phone must have been new and there’s nothing they can do for me. Needless to say I am disappointed and won’t be doing business here anymore.Original review below.nice clean store. friendly and helpful staff. recently called to find out if they could locate a receipt for an item i purchased because i needed proof of purchase for warranty. they told me just to bring it in and they would take care of it for me. gives me great confidence in doing business here.

Low inventory levels makes it difficult to get everything you need

Went to every auto store in Jupiter, FLA and this Auto Zone was the best in service. Above and beyond! Mathew one of the managers has exceptional customer service and mechanical knowledge. Check it out. My new go to for all my car needs.
