PEOPLE UNFAMILIAR WITH CARS BEWARE!I used Li Donni Auto Services for months with a KIA and Volkswagen and felt very comfortable with them. Being someone who is not familiar with different car mechanics (like most Gen Z-ers) I often sought Li Donnis for their car expertise considering I knew barely anything. They were very nice and seemingly honest with relatively good prices compared to other mechanics.Turns out they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about my car, overcharging me for services, and as soon as they MESSED UP, they offered no relief or apology! They charged me for an hour and a half of labor to change headlights (which I later learned was a 5 min job), confirmed the bulbs I was supposed to buy for my car, then later recanted and blamed buying the wrong lights on me. THEN refused to fix my car before the weekend, forced me to pay in order to get my car back for the weekend, and sent me away with a car I could not legally and safely drive in the dark.They eventually (after arguing) offered to put back in the working - but old - lights, but why should you go back and trust these guys with your car after getting yelled at and everything that happened? After putting the old lights back in myself, they had stopped working.Volkswagen found faults in both headlights. Li Donnis broke my car, didnt own up to it and blamed me, overcharged me, and sent me home with a non-working car. All because I trusted these guys to tell me the right thing for my car.

I have been using this garage for many years now and their service is simply amazing! I have a fleet of trucks to run my buisness and when they break down it creates a huge issue, but I ALWAYS go to these guys who get me fixed up as quickly as possible. I am so great full for the superior service every time, Jose is a real honest guy and Anthony one of the mechanics is an example to us all with his sheer determination, professionalism and “can do” attitude.
