An incredible establishment and definitely a first choice pick for all your salon care needs! The staff is very friendly and immediately greets you with a warm welcome when your arrive! My stylist Gina, who also happens to be the owner, knew exactly what I wanted and colored my hair to perfection! It is not an easy process to go from almost black hair to blonde and she did wonders for me! You can tell the salon is ran properly and her staff know exactly what they’re doing! Definitely going to be a regular here.

Lisa dyed my hair today from dark brown to a beautiful highlighted blonde and lighter brown! I was so nervous putting bleach on my hair and having somebody new dye my hair but she did a great job. My hair still feels so healthy and soft and the color looks so good!

I was so nervous to get my lips and brows tattooed! Shannon was perfect and listened to exactly what I wanted and I love the results! I get compliments on them all the time! Definitely would recommend her to everyone!

I went to this place a few times in the past and had Desiree as my hair stylist. I honestly cant say a bad thing about her, she was both very nice and did a very good job with my very curly/thick hair. Fast forward several years until yesterday. In between now and then, had tried multiple times to get an appt w/ Desiree again, but she was usually unavailable (probably because shes so good). Had my first hair cut in 9 months, and had Gina as a hair stylist (because at this point I was desperate and thought I would give someone new a shot). Also, just to preface this, I called ahead of time (about a week), and the girl on other end of the line confirmed I wanted a haircut & BLOWDRY (remember this fact, its important later). My appt was at 9:15, walked in 4 min early to learn that Gina wasnt even there yet. The very nice front desk woman just told me to browse the store in the meantime, which I did. About 5 min later, she comes up to me and says she just got off the phone w/ Gina and she will be here soon and that she should start me off w/ a conditioning treatment in the meantime, I said okay and followed her to the back where she did the treatment and sat me down below a dryer. (Side note: no one was wearing masks in this establishment w/ the exception of 1 person. While I am fully vaccinated, wearing a mask myself, and fully aware that mask mandate was lifted, I didnt feel comfortable w/ how close the stylists had to be to you and that they didnt choose to wear face masks, was mildly disturbed by this, but thats just my personal opinion). Anywho, Gina comes in about 10 min after I was under the dryer grabs me and washes my hair out. Literally doesnt let me get a word in edgewise, starts IMMEDIATELY talking about her daughter. While I dont mind personal conversation at the salon, she could maybe also start asking what I want to do to my hair today, because I came in for a HAIRCUT. But no she doesnt ask until after shes already sat me in the actual chair, brushed out all my hair (which she was SUPER rough about), and got her scissors out. I was SO scared she was going to start cutting w/o even asking me what I wanted on my hair. But no, she finally asked, and I told her of my plan just to chop off dead ends, add long layers, and some bangs as well. Now, I dont claim to be a hair stylist or expert when it comes to cutting hair, but it seems to me w/ thick hair (at least), you should section the hair off and cut by sections in order to make sure it all looks even in the end result. But no, she starts from the front of my left side of my head and just works her way around. This was the moment I knew it was all downhill from here. Fast forward and shes done. She puts some product in my hair, and then she tells me Im done. Its at this moment I realize she had no intention of blow drying my hair, and I said I wanted it blow dried and she was surprised. She said one of the things she put in my hair was to retain moisture in curly hair because she thought I wanted to leave it curly. So clearly she did not talk to whoever scheduled the appt, and assumed she knew what I wanted WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME. Instead of taking me to the back to wash out all the product that was meant to keep my hair curly, no she pulls out her blow dryer, goes right to work, doesnt even section off my hair and just VERY ROUGHLY uses her hands to dry my hair. About halfway done, she finally brings out a brush (which she drops MULTIPLE TIMES on my lap, the last time it dropped on my lap, rolled off, and went under the dresser in front of me, and she NEVER PICKED IT UP). She also tells me she has a cut on her hand (which she shows me) and that it bothers her when she feels my hair going through the cut every time. Okay lady, NOT ONLY IS THAT UNSANITARY, but you just advertised to your client that youre BEING UNSANITARY. I dont know, MAYBE you could use a brush like any normal person? But she finally does, gets it dry, and then uses a curly iron to give me waves. In the end, my hair felt awful due to excess product and I left very frustrated.

I go here for Luna Bella Skin Care facials and the shop has really cute clothes, accessories, and tons of hair products. Everyone is super friendly. Love this place.

I absolutely love this place. Been coming here since like 2012 for laser hair removal and then I moved over to the salon side w Desiree to do my hair and I have been there ever since. It is 2020 now so that is a pretty long time!

Bri did an eyebrow tint on me and I love it. She is so sweet and polite.

Sharma is an exceptional beautician. She took great care with my skin and took the time to explain the process and make skin care recommendations from her observations. I would definitely recommend her.

I love this place, sorry it took me so long to walk in. I had no idea it was a full salon and medi spa! Love my hair style done by Wendy (Owner), looking forward to trying a few more of their services. Prices are very reasonable full menu available from tanning to facials and all kinds of products to buy, love that is close for Jupiter Farms residents.

Got a bodywave by Nikki and she totally ruined my hair! Wanted beachy waves and came out with my grandmothers over processed perm!!! Four months later, my hair is still totally fried and the breakage is unbelievable! Was unable to get my money back and have spent a few hundred dollars on products to treat my hair. Just not right!!

Wendy does my hair, highlights and style, buy all my products there. Stephanie removes all my unwanted hair as well as tightens my sagging chin and removed my wrinkles!! Excellent staff full of knowledge.
