Jami was a true hero! Called ahead of time due to being at work and advised what I was looking for within my budget and needed it delivered ASAP! Within 30 minutes, I arrived at the store and she was most definitely prepared. Showed me 4 options and I selected/bought the one that I like the best! The paperwork was a breeze as she knew her stuff! Out the door with purchase and delivery scheduled for next day within minutes!!! The delivery was also completed within minutes. I just left at closing time Mattress Firm in Jupiter West. I actually spent about 1 1/2 hours talking with Jami Damian about the different types of mattresses. And I have to say I was very impressed with not only the ease in which our conversation flowed but in her knowledge of everything there was to know about each and every mattress. Im not sure what her salary is but it should be immediately increased due to the fact that my wife and I walked in just thinking we would get a simple mattress. But after learning all we did from Jami we agreed on a much better Sealy Hybrid mattress. I must also add that I did a lot of research on the various mattresses before going in and was set on getting the same mattress I already had. However Jamie showed me the various facts and warranties on the better mattress and I was sold. On the way home I calculated the 10 year warranty and the price I paid and it comes to about $1.00 a day .Money well spent to get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new mattress definitely stop in and ask for Jami.

Eh. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great and memorable. Very average experience. I didn’t think jami went above and beyond to make a great deal and get me excited and I felt it didn’t matter if I bought a mattress or not. Mattress is fine and I’m not dissatisfied with the purchase by any means, just not sure what happened to the good mattress salesmen that make you feel happy about your purchase and show you everything before you purchase.

Sales manager helped me and was excellent, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Friends got their mattress from them and was extremely satisfied. I haven’t received the mattress yet but there is 120 day return policy and a 10 year warranty. Can’t go wrong!

I originally ordered this mattress by calling a 1-800 number. It was scheduled for delivery two weeks from the day I ordered. The night before it was to be delivered, I received an email saying it would not be delivered and there was not estimate as to when delivery would occur. The next day I attempted to call and reach a live person to discuss and there is no option for doing so. Consequently, I sent my sister to the Jupiter mattress firm store and they were very helpful in getting a mattress delivered within two days.

I Will not buy from this place ever again. they dont stand behind there product they sell. spent 2400.00 on a Sealy Beautyrest mattress set . seven months into owning it sags where my wife and I sleep on it. called store and they told us that we had to call manufacturer because all they do is sell the product and thats it. So we called manufacturer and we were told that the dips in the mattress were within acceptable standards of the product my question is what is this mattress going to look like a year and a half or two years old. Garbage product will never buy Sealy product or from Mattress Firm again

We had to get a mattress quickly. We ordered one at Macy’s and was told the original delivery date quoted was going to be delayed by two weeks. We called The Mattress Firm in western Jupiter on Indiantown Rd and spoke with the manager, her promised us he would have the Mattress there the next day. We did get the Mattress the next day and it was $200 cheaper than Macy’s. Excellent service!!
