Awful, hidden fees and charges. Raise rates twice a year. Charge rent for dispenser $5 a month and very hard to cancel. Must cancel by phone and they charge $50 refurbish fee on dispenser. Will never do this again... Do not get water this way. Youve been warned.
DO NOT GET WATER FROM THEM !!!Sure you can start a new account and pay $7 per water bottle, but expect to eventually start paying $12!!!! PER GALLON after a few months!absolutely ridiculousand have fun trying to canceland all the extra hidden fees are a joke
Wish I could give 0 stars. For customer service to be this negligent is absurd. The customer service wouldn’t listen to me that I work a 9-5 Monday through Saturday, their operating times. They messed everything up with billing and I was charged extra, instead of giving me an extension number and complying with my simple request (a hard working essential worker) they just kept giving me their service number and telling me to call by a certain date or I will be charged another late fee of $30. I tried calling several times and waited roughly 45 minutes until someone finally picked up. Then I was disconnected after I gave them my info. My “card information was still wrong” and had to contact them again during my next lunch break. I waited my entire lunch break and they finally picked up as I was going back into work. 1 hour lunch break btw. Anyways, from the deliveries, to customer service and HR, these people probably hire anyone. The lack of brain cells in this company is very obvious. It’s sad because I really enjoyed the service and planned on being a lifelong customer, who picked several gallons every 2 weeks. Now I’ve cancelled my service because they can’t even figure out how to properly contact a customer who needs assistance. I ended up losing money and lots of time with this service0/10 would not recommend.

ReadyRefresh has VERY poor customer service. Unfortunately it may not be this exact location but the 800 number is to blame. I ordered my products and dispenser and I had a delivery date. That date came no one showed up in the time frame agreed upon. No worries I called the customer service number and waited a LONG 42 minutes. After talking to some customer service member they said sorry and we will be there in another date. I waited and guess what no one showed up!! So I called and they said it should have been delivered. NOPE! The guy this time said let me enter the details on the computer and gave me another date. Guess what NO ONE showed. I called once again and closed my account and got my money back. If you want a water service go somewhere else these people just play games. Lying customer service just to get you off the phone. I got Crystal Waters and they showed up at the promised date and time! Good bye ReadyFresh!! Think twice before giving your money to them!!
Absolutely THE worst water service. They ALWAYS change your delivery date WITHOUT notice, yet still will charge... They simply just DONT deliver your water sometimes with NO notification. And if there is ANY disasters going on, e.g hurricane, covid, hangnail, boo boo, or whatever, they will just tell you oops sorry, we gave your water to someone else or dont have any.. If you think Im exaggerating, just read all the reviews here and Facebook. You will see.. they should just really go out of business. They serve ZERO purpose!
Company continuously charges your card, despite their lack of effort to pick up the equipment. Do not use them you will never be able to end the service!!!!
One of the worst customer websites I have ever seen. Future Deliveries have been populated with insane orders that cannot be deleted, only skipped. Perfect example of how to ruin a simple business with a pathetic and dysfunctional website. My company could have designed a better one!
Can you leave zero stars??? Wish I read the reviews before attempting to get get delivery! Signed up two weeks ago for delivery today 2/24, morning delivery (take time off of work). Delivery window is 8am-1pm. Receive a call at 8:55am that the driver cannot come into my complex because the gate arm hits the truck.The driver did not even attempt to use the call box to call me, or even reach out on how to get into the gate. I have to call back to the 800 number to ask for a supervisor to call me back (wasting more time), receive the call back, then she has to call the branch manager to see if they can re-deliver today. Wait over an hour she calls me back to tell me they cannot service my house because of the gate. SERIOUSLY I just watched Fedex, UPS, the landscaping company with a huge trailer and THE GIANT GARBAGE truck come in. No gate issues. God forbid someone try to do their job anymore. Even if I move I WILL NEVER use this service.
I never give 1 star but I have had it with Ready Fresh by Nestle. They raised all of their prices are charging for free items now. 5 gallons is a$1.50 less at Publix, they want 60.00 to clean my cooler, and now they have started delivering orders they shouldnt be and charging me. I just call customer service and a computer said we are experiencing high call volumes go to their website and hung up on me. I went to the website and it will not let me change or cancel anything. What a messed up company. Good buy Ready Fresh the cooler will be outside my door!!!
This is the worst delivery service EVER! They were supposed to deliver 2 days ago and just didnt. I have received 3 texts in the last 3 days that the delivery would be tomorrow. They just keep putting deliveries off for no reason. You know what they never postpone? Payments! Yep. They take the money and dont make good on delivery dates. ReadyRefresh sucks!
Do not do Business with Nestle Water. Ready Refresh is the biggest rippoff in your business. They always try to double your bill, which is easy to overlook. After the first 2 months, everything they told you is a lie. The $7 for 5 gallons becomes $22. A jug. The free water cooler becomes $25 a month. And a sleeve of 50 plastic cups? $10. My bill a month for 10 gallons and a cup sleeve was $62. A month. I hate this company and will do everything I can to expose them as Frauds. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER., CREDIT CARD SCAMMING, RIPPOFF, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
If i could give 0 stars i would. I tried for 4 months to get a refund and spoke with about 10 different reps. Borderline fraudulent
They completely wrong me!! They didn’t fill an order and continued to state it was my fault. I couldn’t speak with anyone higher and they refused to fix or accommodate. Been a costumer for 2 yrs and they didn’t care to lose my business. 😡😡😡
As usual, I called to order my normal 6 X 5 gallons of Spring Water. This was 7 days ago. I was told they were 3 days behind and they would call me. Still no call
I am so very very tired of putting out my bottles day after day & ready refresh changes the date because apparently they cant deliver my bottles on the first day.!!! Not happy. This happens every month!
