I have been to 5 bike shops and The Real Deal bike shop made me feel at home. Treated me like family and with much respect. The guys educated me on issues to look out for and changes I will need down the road. I recommend this shop if you like people with great attitudes and you want quick & great service.They found a bent cassette and replaced it with a new one while I was standing and watching. Got Fat grips for my big hands and tubeless setup. Now, that’s service!!! Thanks guys for the rapid work and making me feel at home.

True confession; Ive been friends with Rudy for 15 +/-years, so I have a biased opinion 🙄🙂🙂🙂. I dont live close to the shop, but when Im near, I stop in. I see the customer service he provides to the Jupiter residents that are glad to have a home town bike shop that have a shop that helps them ride HOW they want to ride. He can do high end, and he easily respects the ones who ride weekend 5 miles around the neighborhood. No rider looked down on. ALL riders given the Real Deal of respect. Yeah, duh, I gave ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I just moved to the area and was looking for someone to help set up my Specialized Epic. I walked into Real Deal and was greeted by Rudy who told me no problem bring it in tomorrow and we will set you up. He also showed me his personal Epic in his shop and gave me some great ideas on setup, and invited me to go ride! Went in next day and Mike set up the bike for me, he was awesome! Mike walked me through all the settings, gave me a bunch of tips on setup and bike maintenance, was an awesome experience. This is definitely my go to shop now, looking forward to buying some more Epics for my boys and working with Rudy and Mike going forward, they are the best!

My wife and I came to the shop with the intent of checking out what other bike shops had to offer afterwards. Whats worse than getting a flat tire when you dont have a spare? Lucky for me, Real Deal was less than a mile away and I hobbled over to get some help. Rudy changed my tire and rusty chain in record time, cleaned up my bike and gave me some great advice for keeping it in good working condition (even though I live near the beach and keep it outside). Very personable, super helpful and reasonably priced. Good to have a neighborhood bike shop I can rely on in a pinch! Ill be back...

They have a great selection of bikes and gear, and the best part is the staff are so knowledgeable, experienced, and welcoming. Some bike shops are staffed by people who are judgy and unhelpful, but not Real Deal. Rudy is the best! This place is really one of a kind, we can’t say enough great things about them.

Rudy and Mike are Rock Stars! Both are riding enthusiasts and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I became hooked on cycling when COVID closed the gyms last year. I hadnt ridden any anything other than a stationary bike in twenty-five years. Now I ride daily. The Real Deal team has been fantastic at educating me and keeping my bikes (now all four of them) in tip top shape. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I rented a road bike from Real Deal while in the area visiting my daughter. They were great to deal with. I called ahead, and the bike was ready for me when I got there. The only change I needed was a different saddle. They put on a new one without a problem. I ride a lot and know when a bike is well cared for. The chain was lubed well. No squeaks or other noises. Brakes were tight. While I was in the shop, lots of people came in for service or other reasons. Staff knew them by name. Its clear the shop takes care of its customers. This is how a bike shop should be. I will use them again without hesitation.

I called Rudy to see if they had the rack in the shop, and in the same day he put it together, installed it through my trailer hitch, and showed me how to use it with/without a bike. Was passing through the area this past weekend when my chain just happened to snap. Luckily I was able to hoof it to Real Deal and they turned what could have been a terrible day into an all around great one! As someone who has over 35 years of retail and retail management experience including 5 years at another local bicycle shop here in Jupiter I can honestly tell you that Rudy and Mike really know their stuff when it comes to customer service, bike sales and and bike repairs. They did an amazing job on my bike, and kept the price fair. I do now and will continue to refer as many people to The Real Deal as I can.

This place is great!! The service was so fast. I got a tune up, a new tube, and he also fixed little problem areas on my bike. I highly recommend this shop. A friend advised I should go to Rudys bike shop after I complained that another bike store had incompetently repaired my bike. What a pleasant experience at Real Deal Bicycles. Rudy took one look at the prior repair, instantly recognized what needed to be done and, on the spot, made my very old Raleigh Record like new. He also took the time to look the bike over, made some adjustments, and within an hour I was on my way. I highly recommend this bike store.

Broke my chain on the last half of Hare at JD. I wanted to ride Sunday morning so I dropped in. I think it was the owner, had me straight and ready to go in 20min. He tightened my bike up and had me on my way. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Needed by wheel fixed and the owner took the time to teach me how to do fill the air correctly. May sound like common sense but someone like me who is new to riding, this was more than helpful. He also cares more about environment than a profit. Easily could’ve told me I needed a new tire but gave me a realistic timeline of when I would need a new one before pushing trying to get me to buy new one. As long as I am in the area I will be a regular here.

I got into mountain biking this year after my brother gave me a Specialized Hardrock 29 that our uncle gave him. I ended up running it too hard and found myself trying to fix it myself, and sadly, only making it worse. Everyone I spoke with at Real Deal was extremely nice, friendly, and never gave me the impression they were in a hurry to get me off the phone or get rid of me. Rudy ordered a new bottom bracket, installed it, cleaned my bike up, and gave me pointers on how to take care of my bike. He was extremely genuine and not at all condescending. Real Deal is the real deal for sure, and Im not only thrilled at how amazing my bike looks and feels now, but Im grateful for the kindness of everyone I interacted with at Real Deal.

Riding my bike and both front and rear brakes failed. Stopped by unannounced on a Saturday at 11:00am. Could not have been nicer, fixed both sets of brakes, replaced pads and cable. I researched mountain bikes for a while, and eventually decided on a Specialized. I went to several shops and Rudy at Real Deal was the most helpful by far. He answered all my questions and I ended up buying a new Rock Hopper that he had shipped to his store and assembled. He gave me updates on when it was going to arrive and put together. He even set up a time with me to go over how to adjust my bike, and then we took it for a spin around the parking lot until I was comfortable riding it. He went above and beyond my expectations with his great customer service and I would highly recommend this shop!Additionally, if you havent gone on his night ride through Riverbend Park on Tuesdays you should! It was safe, organized, and a super cool experience :).

Awesome shop! My fiancé and I had a great time on our rental bikes. The shop has a great location with plenty of parking, close to the center of Jupiter. As for the bikes themselves- I’ve rented more times than I can count across the country, and Real Deal’s were way better than I was expecting! The beach cruisers that we rented were super comfortable and shifted as smooth as butter. It made for a comfortable and enjoyable ride. I would highly recommend Real Deal to anyone vacationing in the area.

One of the best bike shops in the southeast. I travel to Jupiter for weekends of riding, and always use Real Deal to build up my bikes. My friends who visit with me often rent bikes from Rudy, which makes weekend trips so easy. This winter, I decided to purchase a new Tarmac Disc while there and have been extremely happy. Looking forward to heading south again, and for now I’m super stoked to be riding this bike in the mountains of GA.

Had a great experience here! Dropped off a very old bike for a tune up and some fixing and it was good as new in less than 24 hours! They even helped me load the bike back into my car.

Rudy and Mike are the coolest and most helpful guys in South Florida. They have customized putting together a road bike for me and my son. Rudy takes the time to train my son on the road and helps him to understand the proper technique of riding. Most importantly these guys really make sure your bike is fitted properly. I work in the bicycle industry and visiting shops and talking to the staff is part of my job. I was recently visiting Jupiter and rented a couple of bikes from the shop to go MTB riding with friends. The bikes were perfectly tuned and we had a great time. Upon returning them, I got to take a good look at the shop and see the fine products and selection they offer. I needed to replace tube on front tire and decided to have Real Deal Bikes in Jupiter also perform regular maintenance on my 15 year old Specialized bike. Everything went as expected and they let me know I needed a new chain. Several days after picking up the bike I noticed the front tire was flat. I took the bike back to the shop and they replaced the tube at no cost, with no questions. These are the type of people I prefer to do business with and I would highly recommend them.

Came in to buy headset bearings that I was afraid I had messed up. Rudy and co checked everything out, assured me the bike was running great and gave everything a once over. The shop was busy and they made time for myself and everyone that came in, with the same friendly demeanor. I will definitely be back when it’s time for service or to upgrade to a new mtb.
