His input and advise was priceless, you can see the results below.As they say a picture is worth a thousand words! I cant say enough from design to installation great experience. I just purchased a home in Jupiter. A great old Jupiter house, with a not so great old Jupiter kitchen. Originally I checked out Home Depot and Lowes for prices on cabinets ( I was looking for shakers), as well as counter tops. The prices were insane, and as I drove back to my new home trying to figure out how such a small kitchen could cost so much I happened to see the sign for Bella Casa in the plaza down the street from my house. I figured why not check it out? I would much rather support local small business than corporate greed anyway.Upon entering my eyes were immediately drawn to the exact cabinets I was looking for, in the exact color that I wanted. Intrigued, I went over to Fabrizio who happened to be in the store that day. He was super nice and really seemed to know what he was talking about. I told him about my kitchen and what I was looking for and showed him the estimate and measurements that I had with me from Home Depot. I never expected to get a better price from a small business than a big box store that does so much volume, but Fabrizio was able to beat them by literally HALF.Bella Casa had a ton of options for the cabinets, counters, and backsplash. Over the next several days I went back many times to meet with Fabrizios wife Karmen to talk about design (she has a great eye, and gave me some great ideas) to pick up samples to take home and try out in the space.In the following days Alan, who is one of Fabrizios installers came over and began installing the cabinets. The cabinets I had ordered were and are excellent quality. All of them are soft close and real wood. He did an impeccable job and the kitchen looks amazing! The stone is absolutely beautiful and what was a tired old broken down kitchen from the 60s now looks like a Magnolia kitchen. Actually, they also did all of my crown molding, baseboards, and a faux shiplap wall for me as well.I honestly could not be happier, and am so thankful to Karmen, Fabrizio and Alan for all of the great work that they did. I 100% recommend Bella Casa!

I am writing today to post of you some very concerning business practices with Fabritzio at Casa Bella Kitchen and Bath.Upon meeting Fabritzio, you like him because of his friendliness and no issues attitude, and as a person he is a nice guy. When you start to put the data points together it is very concerning.We asked for quotes on cabinet project, kitchen redo and bathroom redo. In asking the questions we got the following information about how he does business:He said he only used USA plywood for all his work.We wanted to do quartz and he told us he was the only approved Cambria dealer and that everyone in the area had to come to him.He said his cabinet guy was fantastic and the quality will be top notch.We hired him to do a cabinet next to our fire place. And it was a disaster.-All the wood was Chinese and smelled of formaldehyde, and was confirmed by Dixie Ply in West Palm Beach.-We asked for Benjamin Moore 904 color which he did paint. But he did not consider that the top coat would change the color so it endued up 2 shades different in a more yellow tone so it does not match the wall paint at all-Craftsmanship was absolutely terrible. Shims were falling out of the sides of the wall.Inside the drawer area is a broken off shim and not a nice piece of wood.-Screws used in the cabinet were not counter sunk - it was just screwed into the wood until it pushed into the wood.-As mentioned - cabinet was white - cabinet guy used black dry wall screws all inside the cabinet.-We asked for bead board look on the doors with a shaker like style. I have never see such a wide bead board pattern, but worse was the drawer face was made with only 1 1/2 of the board showing through and the rest was like a 3 shaker look. Not at all proportionate to the drawer that was being made. Anyone with a good eye would see that the dimensions were way off.-The painted finish had all bubbles and missed areas such that it had to be removed immediately to be redone.With regards to the Cambria quartz.I called three other stone people within a 10 minute radius and asked for quotes knowing that they may get their product from Fabritzio, and they had no idea what I was talking about and were all authorized Cambria dealers.I stopped the work on the cabinet and told Fabritzio that I was very unhappy that he used Chinese lumber and that I could smell the formaldehyde. He fought me about it until he checked his records and saw that it was Chinese, at which point he told me that I paid so little he didnt use better wood. Wait... he told me that he only used USA lumber.I had given a deposit of $1300, and asked that he stop the work and be fare and at least give me 1/2 of that money back so that we could walk away civilly, and I will go away quietly without me needing to write this document. He said absolutely not, and that he had more invested in this. He did nothing to remedy the situation on my end.His work was completely removed from the house and taken to the landfill and I had to hire a completely new person to build the cabinets.So I am telling you this today, in order to let other customers have eyes wide open about Casa Bella Kitchen and Bath, on Indiantown Road in Jupiter Fl.
