I waited a little while to write a review because Ive had bad experiences with with car dealers in the past and I wanted to make sure the vehicle that I bought was everything that I wanted it to be. It really is. First off, they let me take a test drive, alone. Which was a first for me. The longer I drove this bright red convertible, the bigger my smile got. By the time I got back, I knew I wanted it. This isnt the V8 monster I really wanted, but I love this car more everyday. With the exception of a few cosmetic blemishes, understandable at 6 years old, this car is mint. And in South florida, you cant beat putting the top down. These guys treated me with respect and sold me a fantastic car. 10/10 would buy from them again. Which is saying something when you consider other used car dealers in the area. So i am changing my review due to issues I’ve had since purchasing my vehicle. Come to find out, they did not inspect my vehicle, had no idea of the things that were wrong with it that I have had to fix since June when purchased. I was told the manufacturer warranty was still in effect, which it was not. Yes the experience was easy and no hassle purchasing but I am now under the impression that that is why. They seem to have just wanted to move the vehicle. Shame on me for trusting what I was told while going over the car. Nice people? Absolutely! But unfortunately I feel like they got the best of me on this one. Smoke and mirrors but underneath the actual vehicle had many issues that their mechanics missed if they even looked it over at all. I understand an as is purchase, but I expected more from a so called great dealership based on reviews and longevity. Im sure I won’t hear anything back from anyone other than a generated response, but I hope others are more weary about buying cars here.

I went car shopping today online, And I stumbled upon this car dealership called Classic Cars of Palm Beach in Florida. I have always been leery of purchasing a car without seeing it and checking it out personally, especially if it was out of State. I called and spoke to a young man named Christian Rivera, a salesperson for Classic Cars of Palm Beach. And he assured me that their company was built on integrity and trust and I had nothing to worry about. I had seen a car on there lot and I had many questions about the car and Chris answered all my questions and some questions that I didn’t ask, even to the point of telling me that something was wrong with the car and before I receive it, he would make sure that it was all taken care of, so that when I receive my car it would be in perfect running condition. I asked him to send me pictures of the car and the engine and he was very receptive to that and he sent me the pictures of the engine the car and the interior. It was something very special about Chris and his team, Junior and Tammy; they were very professional and compassionate they wanted my buying experience to be extraordinary and it was. And he promised me that my car would be delivered to me in North Carolina within one week and it was and I was very satisfied and I’m grateful for the honesty and integrity of the people at Classic Cars of Palm Beach. And if there were more used car dealerships in state or out of state like Classic Car of Palm Beach, there would be no negativity surrounding used car dealerships.

If we had more dealerships like this there wouldnt be a stigma around used car salesman anymore. Even though I wasnt spending a lot of money with them, I was treated exceptionally well. They answered all of my questions, and because I live out of town they made an entire detailed video walkthrough of the car I was looking at so I could make an informed decision.They also worked to meet my budget, and honored our pricing agreement when I financed elsewhere. I live several hours away but I will always give Christian and Junior the first opportunity at my future business.

I learned a lesson- a woman should not go buy a truck by herself( Chevy Silverado 1500 2017) without a male’s help.I did not look into deeper details like hanging loose bumper ( only after i stopped on it to load my truck) missing plugs, loose coolant container, truck is spitting gas to the exhaust, Bose speakers are blown🤦‍♀️ And buzzing….. after one week engine light came on. I just got too excited and trusted those guys. I so wish they were straight forward and told me about defects.Tail gate is from another pickup truck- slightly different red color, Chevy logo is gold on the back- black on the front🤦‍♀️.Of course I was offered extended warranty- I bought it but now I read that the company will not do a refund if i trade this problematic truck for something else (Christian said it’s an excellent warranty). I trusted those guys. I got completely screwed. I’m a single mom of 2, working and studying and I don’t have time to visit Chevy service every week.Why not be honest in a first place?I am very disappointed. They could have told me what is wrong with that truck.I also had to pay for my own keyless remote.I asked if I can get the tag lights plugs and have bumper reinforced. I was told: we will take care of you. I tried to call and text but no response.Firstly I was excited but ….. I’m very sad now.

Buying a car sight unseen from another state made me a little nervous but Chris made it super easy. So, today I started to look for cars, and stumbled upon this dealer. I am not typically a fan of a used car dealer but in this case, they truly made it super easy. I did buy the car sight unseen and it is being delivered in one hour, I keep peeking out the window knowing there is no way he is here yet. The entire process was so easy, documents online, they are titling to PA where I am from, handling the whole deal. I bought this car based upon the reviews almost exclusively about the dealer, so I felt the need to continue to pay that forward. Too GOOD to be TRUE!!! My daughter and I had searched many car dealerships sites as well as individual sellers before we found our car. Bought a 2005 jeep wrangler had crimped wires which the inspectors did not see which honestly not to sound rude but lazy so the problems water pump went out they covered some of it wiring harness repair covered most that good but my transmission pressure solenoid didnt pay for I had to pay for it then the starter went out if your gonna buy a car from here buy at your risk they do not check there cars well

This dealership is super close to my home. Went in website one day and found the perfect car. John and Christian were super helpful and no pressure. Took care of a couple minor issues and worked with me on a reasonable payment.After taking delivery of the car an issue popped up. John took care of it immediately out of his pocket. Had a pleasure doing business with Christian at Classic Cars of Palm Beach LLC. After working with many dealerships over two weeks I had the best experience with Christian. Not only where they the best in customer service they also had the best pricing I could find in my nationwide search. Christian was able to work out the deal for the truck i wanted very fast. He was very knowledgeable on the truck and answered any questions I had and sent me plenty of pictures and videos of the truck. I did the buying process 100 percent online and they made the process very easy. They were even able to have it shipped to the Camp Lejeune area very fast after purchase. AMAZING experience. I’ve never purchased a car so quickly in my life and I’ve purchased quite a few! I did not feel rushed, didn’t see any surprise “add ons”, and I genuinely felt that I wasn’t just a number on their quota board. I drove all the way from 3 hours away because my fiancé called them for questions on an inventory vehicle and I knew when she told me she had a “good feeling” that this was gonna be an awesome experience.

For a first time car buyer, this experience was a breeze! I really appreciate the fact that Christian and John walked me step by step through the whole process and answered all of my questions. I have had my car for close to a week now and I love it! I recommend Classic Cars of Palm Beach 100% and cant speak any higher of this experience. Very disappointed in dealing with this dealership, as I was passed to three different sales people only to end up with the worst of them. In the middle of having to repeat, for the third time might I add, my vehicles information. I was rudly interrupted while at the start of my options list, only to be told they would email me the data for most common cars sold. Customer Service was Not extended in my favor and I completely felt like a sale or number. Due to their lack of hospitality, I declined to due further business with them and they sent the information anyway. Even more degrading, was thier low ball offer for my trade as of course they chose vehicles in the lowest spectrum and the highest for theirs, to try to completely take advantage of me. Many other dealers offered 10k more for my trade. I would choose a higher caliber dealership.Response: I feel the need to respond as theres a little fabrication on your part. I never made a comment to leave a bad review if you did not to do business with me and only minutes after I hung up with you, I text your employee. I text him I was unwilling to do business with your dealership based on my conversation with You, the owner, and how I was treated. If you had called and took the time to explain and apologize, it might have gone differently. I opened your email after I sent the text, only to see how you plan to take advantage of me with data showing a low trade value. I could upload a photo of the time stamp to confirm if youd like? You offer a 2012 McLaren with 38k miles the highest mileage in the country and at $103k. I shared the data with your first employee showing other vehicles with half and a quarter of that mileage in the $96k range, and one year older with 41k mileage in the low $80 to to high 70s that sold. I made an offer based on that data and what was offered to me by a couple of McLaren dealerships, and expected a back and fourth to settle on a final number, also known as negotiating. Your employee shared the fact you dont sell many of these at the time I found your asking price to be high, and I then chose to walk away, but he asked what I thought it was worth with that mileage. I commented high to mid 80s, as he was genuinely asking for my input and leading me to believe we could make a deal.You speak of an intelligent conversation, but you offered none, when you should have considered what events previously followed instead of wanting to quickly end the call. Giving true details of your plan and what follows goes a long way as well, I was speaking to some of my buddies, who own McLarens, when your employee called and they also commented what a let down this experience is. I didnt refuse to talk to your employee, and he stated he was going to his sons birthday party, so I didnt return his call. Your employees even stated the disappointment in the owner, our conversation, and how you treated me specifically. I could also upload the audio if youd like? Thats transparency, not just one sided as you portray. I was in market for a McLaren I could use for track purposes and as I searched, several McLaren dealers warned me to stay clear of dealerships such as yours and know I have a single hand encounter of why. I had been looking for a new Veloster for months. The car I wanted, when I was finally ready was not available in my state. I started on the hunt to find it. Classic cars of Palm Beach had it. I spoke and texted with Christian and he was able to walk through the entire sales process without me ever even test driving or looking at the vehicle. With an extensive walk around complete video, to it being brought to my home. The sale was completely easy and was taken care of without me ever going into a dealership waiting and being exhausted through all of the sales transaction. It was a great experience to buy online and have delivered straight to my home. Hi I would like to tell you my experience 1st. I am located in New York State. I purchased a 2015 Land Rover lr4, the vehicle was shipped from the dealership too my driveway. I couldnt be more happier with the vehicle. Christian stated that the vehicle was a 10 out of 10 and YES it was. What a beautiful vehicle. I have owned BMWs most of my adult life and this is my first Land Rover. The vehicle drives so well and the commute to work is awesome ! Christian went above and beyond anything I could have expected from a car dealer. He found me the exact car I wanted after I missed out on a previous one. The car was exactly as he said I bought it online without seeing it in person. He took videos and showed me every inch of the car. He delivered on anything I asked for. He has my business for life and I recommend him to anybody looking for a car.

I’ve been looking for a Veloster Turbo for a couple of months and I came across Classic Cars in Jupiter Florida. I was a little bit on the ropes about making the purchase. My salesman explained some different purchase options to me. He made the process very easy and we made the deal. My car was there and in great shape. I took a test drive and I was sold. So I just purchased a 2019 Corvette Z06 from these guys. I have to tell you, the experience was amazingly awesome.I called the dealership and stated that I didn’t want to play any types of games. They had a car that I was interested in, and that I was going to pay cash, and my price was firm.Chris (my salesman) said to me, let me make a phone call, we will see what the boss says.Five minutes later Chris called me back saying that my offer had been accepted. And he and I jumped on a FaceTime video call so that I could go through the vehicle.The next day I wired the funds to the dealership, and then Chris waited around until well past closing (mind you, this was on Good Friday) to see that my new Vette would get loaded into the car transport company’s trailer.Sunday night I received my vehicle. I live in Cedar Cedar Falls, Iowa.During the transport of my vehicle there was a mishap, and the transportation company damaged my vehicle.Chris knew about this due to his following up with me, and jumped right into action providing me with the resources needed to ensure that my car was fixed and that, should there have been a depreciation in value due to this, that I would be compensated for that as well.Chris, thank you for the best car buying experience I’ve had to date.John, I hope that you are aware of the value that Chris and Christian bring to your brand.THANK YOU CLASSIC CARS OF PALM BEACH!Mike Noel.
