The guy who sold me the wrong coils, then denied he never could have made a mistake and told me to go write a bad review review as I left. So here I am! When a routine customer has an issue and then the worker walked away from them, when they are just explaining the problem and answered his questions calmly and truthfully, that’s rude. Being sold the product I did not ask for and then refusing to even acknowledge a mistake happen isn’t how to keep customers.. I don’t under why this company would mess up more than once and not learn. I’ll admit I wasn’t the happiest that the coil didn’t fit and it ended up leaking juice all over my hand after the money and issues I’ve had with smoke zone, but I was not rude or yelling at him. I was asking for solutions or options and was not upset until he denied again and again that he could never have accidentally grabbed the wrong pack and made it my problem while being aggressive from the time I walked in the door. All I wanted to know is if was the wrong coils and or if I was installing them wrong as I had just purchased the tank from smoke zone days before, and if there was if could be possible exchange them or buy a new pack. I’ve been given the wrong percentage for vape juice from smoke zone and the lady was very nice and just exchanged it. Yet this guy was so set on the fact that it could have never been him to make a mistake, cause he knows what coils work for it and walked away and told me to check my attitude when I asked to speak to the owner. When he was the one who got hostile when I just explained that I think I have the wrong coils and he asked who sold them to me and I said it was him... It’s always him and the guy with the long black hair that routinely mess up and are rude.Boy am excited to talk to the owner

Called in about product availability and spoke with the manager. I asked how much the item cost and their response was “We do not disclose prices over the phone and that you must come into the store”Never heard such of thing in my life. I’m sure this is used a predatory tactic to price gouge customers.I chose not to support this business. Do so at your own risk.

Purchased some glass from here, and when we got home noticed a crack, called the shop before making the 35 minute drive back and was given the run around by 3 different people. Each one told me that they would have the manager call me who never did. I ended up having to catch the manager while he was there, and he proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. After wasting $80 I will not be going back. The night manager also has no idea what he’s talking about when it comes to these products.

After quitting vaping for a few years, then getting back into the trend as nicotine salts became much more well known and easily obtained, I decided to give Smoke Zone one more try.Initially, my experience was excellent. A woman by the name of Cassie gave me great advice on which nic salt disposables were the best for flavor, bang for your buck, and length of use. In addition to having several solid suggestions on choices, she didnt spare any detail when it came to answering any questions, and ensured me all of the disposables her owner purchased were not counterfeit. Her kind and charismatic persona left me feeling like I could rely on Smoke Zone for all my smoking needs.Several months and several hundred dollars later, I was still coming back. I always made it a point to come in when Cassie was there, as Im sure many of you know, disposables quality and authenticity are constantly changing. At one point, a young man working there suggested I purchase a non-disposeable vape, which unfortunately didnt work out for me, but Im sure he was being honest with his suggestion as this is his go to device (he would be smoking it nearly every time I came in and saw him working).Then, about a week ago, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an employee, from any store. This employees name was Taylor.Taylor was the night manager, at least this evening. His attitude and body language screamed I dont care, leave me alone, buy stuff or dont buy stuff, have a nice day. Taylor was, actually I should say IS, the epitome of a bum. His combination of extreme laziness, infantile behavior, and beyond rude comments made him, literally, the worst possible employee in any given business type or position.Taylor not only gave me some of the worst advice on my non-disposeable I had purchased (despite my welcoming personality and my attempts at trying to relate to him, which was seemingly impossible), but took it several steps further. After only 10 minutes and $40 (spent) later, Taylor told me I needed to contact Cassie and he didnt know what else to say. More specifically, I remember him telling me word for word, Thats not my problem after I had nearly begged him to help me with the several issues at hand (a counterfeit vape I has just bought minutes ago, an unusable device I had spent over $100 on in the past couple months, and a simple question asking him the brand of Delta 8 they sold).He quickly stopped helping completely, acting as if I was not a customer who had just thrown down $40 in the past 10 minutes.I truly hope this reaches as many of those looking for a quality vape shop as possible - you deserve better. This young mans, or teens, attitude was simply unbelievable. I feel terribly sorry for Cassie for one, who has always gone above and beyond to make sure the customer feels they are choosing the right store - and then you have this punk. For the owner - As a business owner myself, I highly suggest you find other help - Taylor is the type of human being that can single handedly bring down (at least) the majority of your business.

Knowledgeable staff, with a wide variety of products not available locally anywhere else.

I have been a regular here for several years and would never go anywhere else. After several attempted trips to other shops I quickly realized that none would ever compare. Competitive pricing driven by market (if you want cheaper elsewhere you get just that...cheaper all around). Other stores artificially raise prices to make it seem like a good deal when its not or lower the price to sell knock offs. At Smoke Zone it is just real quality with several price points for everyones taste. If you want name brand you can bet it is real with proof. Youll never find any other store with as friendly service as Smoke Zone either because they care about helping customers above all else.

I went to purchase Kentucky select silver from this local store. She pulls out this dirty tub filled with tobacco, then with her bare hands grabs tobacco and puts it in another dirty container to put on the scale. How unsanitary. Then she tells me the price, I said is that for 16oz. $40.00 before tax. I usually pay $16.00 + $11.00 to ship to my house. Comes to me sealed in manufacturer bag. No ungloved hands or buckets that never get washed. Way overpriced and unsanitary. I should have left when she grabbed the tobacco with her bare hands.

Went in to purchase a new glass piece. They have a lot of name brands but they’re all Chinese name knock offs. The young man working there knew absolutely nothing and was spewing nothing but complete nonsense to me. Can definitely tell the difference between a real hand made glass piece and the Chinese knock off pieces that they’re selling. If you like doing business with people that like to sell you fake glass pieces for the real brand price then this is the place for you.

They falsely claim their products to be the best and any product you mention/like that they don’t sell, they will try to convince you it’s poor quality... Their CBD is extremely overpriced and you are better off buying online.

Extremely overpriced on just about everything along with a no return policy typically because they realize when people do research there going to see they were charged 2 times to 2.5 retail, so that is the only way they arent buried in returns. Do yourself a favor by online and do not let them rip you off. Any store with a no return policy is suspect. Lesson learned . If you buy multiple items make sure you double check your bag as well, they sometimes forget to put a small item in uiur bag, and deny it if you you wait too long to return. Scammy

This place has a really great selection of pretty much anything smoking, or really chilling products. Bought some great pain relieving cream at a really good price when I comparison shopped. Great glassware and vaping product selection. Place is pretty small, but they pack it to the roof with options. Pricing had always been favorable. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go here rather than my local shop now, nuff said

This place is so so rude, the owner himself is a complete tool. They will NOT refund a broken product they sold already broken nor exchange. The male employee that usually works at night is rude and selfish. He sat outside smoking a cigarette with his buddy before coming in to help me. Best selection of ecig hardware and juices out of any store in Northern Palm Beach County. Granted Hardware is always overpriced in brick-and-mortar stores but if you want a place to buy juice and coils locally then support local business. This is definitely the place you want to thrive.

I asked Anthony for the name of his coworker and he says he can’t do that. I explained the situation and he says no he can’t give out his coworkers first name due to privacy issues. This is my favorite vape shop in jupiter because they always have the juices i vape and they always end up costing just a little bit less than i expect them to cost which is always a pleasant surprise. There is also a clearance island in the middle of shop filled with discounted vape devices & juices which is helpful if you are on a budget or tight on funds. People whom work here are always helpful and rarely seem to be anything but in a great mood each time Ive come in for a visit and most importantly they have a gigantic selection (not just the brands everyone else has) of juice flavors & nicotine salts.

I walked in here having never come in this shop before looking for a puffco peak attachment. They have one for sticker price of 189 I say thats a lot for that do u have any local discount or medical card discounts like every other smoke shop thats worth a damn and they say no discounts arent real anyway. I say ok whatever its a lot and can probably find it $50 cheaper down the street but wrap it up I said. I only had 200 cash and the item came out to 202 and they would not budge from 202 for a piece that isnt worth half that and let me walk out empty handed! lol never in my 30 years of life heard or seen something like that. I went down the street to Marleys and found the same attachment for 150 and they gave it to me for 136 out the door with my DISCOUNT.

What a fantastic experience! I flew in from Boston today without any vape equipment. I needed a whole entire setup for the long drive home Monday. I should have got his name but the gentleman that assisted me with a new Smok Alien 220, Clieto and some Beard juice was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I got everything I needed and then some. Do yourself a favor and visit this fine establishment frequently. I could not be happier. Thats coming from a true Boston MASS-hole!! 😂🔥💯
