I dont recommend this place at all. I dropped off my gaming PC a few weeks ago knowing exactly what the issue was. I suggested for him to clear-out and replace my GPU water coolant because it wasnt functioning and needed to be cleaned. He admitted to me that he didnt know how to do that and that he would just replace the entire part instead. After a few days, he called me back saying that he purchased the wrong part and would instead go forth with what I originally recommended him to do with a $30 dollar discount. Although this was honestly extremely overpriced for the job that he was doing, I was willing to work with him and give him the benefit of the doubt just so that we could resolve the issue once and for all. When he finished the job, I took my PC home and it started to overheat within 5 minutes of use, which wasnt an issue prior to me bringing it in. I then went back for a refund, which he agreed to give me, but after 10 days, I still havent received it. After contacting him he mentioned that its the credit card companys fault and that he isnt sure why I havent been refunded yet. All in all, he destroyed my machine and never issued my refund.

Called ahead and spoke to Kevin, told him my issue. By the time I got there he was all ready to get to work. I gave him my laptop, not even 5 mins went by and he was done. Super fast, affordable and wonderful people.

I went in same day without an appointment due to my laptop getting wet from spilling water on it. Kevin (the owner) told me directly his expectations, the cost, and any questions I had. During the repair, he kept me informed along the way and even took the time to come after his shop closed to meet me to give me my laptop. It was a very nice gesture and I would recommend his company for anyone who needs laptop/cell repair.

Kevin is what youre looking for when it comes to computer panic. Quick, thorough, reliable, affable. I am lucky to have found him!

Absolutely exceptional experience with Driveguys. I had a hard drive that it had some issues because of damage that occurred during a move. It contained photos of my wife’s mother. She wanted to put together a special gift for Mother’s Day and we couldn’t access the photos. Kevin came to the rescue and even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure we have the data we needed. 08/6/2018Kevin has held to his word. Come to find out the issue was a miscommunication. Kevin was patient and diligent in helping me get the refund he had promised.Kevin held his word and got me my refund. Thank you Kevin.For now I must rate Kevin at the lowest possible rating.Kevin has had my laptop for almost a month and a half now. The last update was that he sent it off to another company.He never called for authorization nor did he contact me at all. I have had to consistently call and follow up to find out the status as he never returns calls.I asked for a refund and my property back and have not been able to get a hold of Kevin since.If he returns my calls and.my property in the same manner I brought it to him in I will surely update and change this review.For now.... It seems he is scamming me for $600.00 but I will wait to see if he returns my calls.Update 7.25.2018. After 1 month of trying to obtain my hard drive Kevin had promised a refund of $420.00. I had to drive to his shop on Saturday to obtain my equipment and have been given a story about the $420.00 refund he has now lost.Kevin is refusing to respond to any emails or voice mails regarding a refund he owes and promised.Ive only asked Kevin to stick to his word and refund the 420.00 since after 2 months of holding my equipment was unable to salvage the memories or info.Kevin agreed to refund 420.00 and is now unresponsive... . Be very careful dealing with this company and Kevin.My next course of action is to contact the Better Business Bureau as Kevin is no longer operating as a trustworthy business.Buyer be warned!!!!

Kevin stopped everything to repair our Cafe computer. Being in the restaurant business time was something we didn’t have. Kevin had us back up and running in hours. Can say thank you enough. Highly recommended!!

On Feb 14th I dropped off my MacBook Pro to have the screen worked on and paid $525.93 up front. After much poor communication(calls not returned) & dishonesty(said he shipped to Miami to be fixed when it never left his shop) on Kevins part, I got my computer back in its original broken condition on March 12th. He told me a refund had been issued that date. After 15 business days my account showed no refund, I contacted Kevin and he did not return my call. Ive attempted to contact him at least five times. Today is May 6th, I still havent received all call back or a refund.

My MacBook was very sick! I had no idea just how bad... It was very obvious to me that I had a major virus and my computer was minimally useable. I found Driveguys online and, after reading all of the great reviews, I called them up. Kevin got back to me the same day and I had my computer there as soon as I was able. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and my experience!! The turnaround time was super fast and he resuscitated my Mac back to like new! To both of our total shock and amazement, he found 25 viruses and 27 cases of spyware!!! Yes, you read that right. As you can imagine, he had to repair my hard drive, too! Phew! What a savior!! I am currently using my Mac to write this review thank goodness! Kevin is did a fantastic job, is very personable, and the cost was incredibly reasonable!! Kevin put a new hard drive into my macbook after I got it on eBay and turns out that it had a bad drive. He got it done quick and for a pretty good price. He called me the night that I dropped it off(About 6) saying that it was done and that he was heading home from work. I had mentioned the neigborhood that I was from and he offered to deliver it for free since he lived close. I accepted. He has my business for life 100%.

I drop off me computer to have widows 10 reloaded. My current windows 10 version started off as windows 8. I seemed to have issues after critical updates. Kevin told me that could happen and that starting off with a windows 10 is better than an updated windows 8 too 10. I backed everything up so he didnt have to. Al I thought he was going to do was unload my current version and load windows 10. I was surprised when I turned on my computer after getting it back to not only see my desk top picture was the same, my folder and file history in my explorer was still there. I thought to myself it is what it is, as long as it works. I go to open an app, the same HP app I had problems with before and it still dont work. I have emailed Keven twice and have left 4 messages with him in the last 12 days. I have yet to hear from him. I had to take my computer somewhere else after paying Kevin $150.
