Before I write this review I want to owner Karen to understand that I completely understand her point of view as a business owner. I understand the cost of doing business during these unprecedented times. I am not the type of person who would write a bad review as me not shopping there would be enough of a statement. However in this case I want other potential customers to know that I like many of you can make a purchase after considerable planning and enthusiasm, Then change their mind after the purchase. In my case i purchased $197 worth of Annie Sloan paint, wax, and accessories. The wax and accessories I took home. The paint never left the store!! I REPEAT, NEVER left the store. The paint I purchased was out of stock. I was told that an order was on its way. It turns out that a customer made a return for the color I wanted and I was notified by Karen the following week to stop in. I decided not to paint a 1920’s antique table and benches that belonged to my grandparents.. this wasn’t a garage sale purchase or fixer upper. This dining set is very sentimental to me and I already had it restored 15 years ago. Yesterday my wife and I attempted to return our purchase to Karen. No items were used and were in pristine condition. Karen explained her return policy and that she would allow an exchange despite that all sales are final. I accepted her offer as I just wanted to purchase something nice and leave. Nothing caught my eye that was an equal exchange. I called back today and Karen not only felt she did me a favor but commented on my daughters behavior in her store. My daughter did nothing wrong in her store. My daughter picked up a seashell and put it to hear ear! She picked up a fish that was a therapeutic heating pad! The previous week we came in with another couple. My daughter sat underneath one of the tables with her 2 friends while I was looking at various paint colors! What does my daughter have to do with a return?! Is that world class customer service? I completely understand why a furniture purchase and other decor is final but Annie Sloan paint and accessories purchased within the last 3 weeks?! I work retail and will always do what’s best for the customer. I plan on reaching out to Annie Sloan too as Karen mocked my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the conversation.

So glad we found this adorable little spot with the most original pieces and great customer service!! This place has everything you need from furniture, art, clothes, jewelry, and even fresh cut flowers!! Every time we thought we were done we found another gem!! Can’t wait to go back!!

We went to this store in search of some paintings we saw on Insta, and found a delightful store full of great stuff! A feast for the eyes of home goods and gifts. Owner is such a doll!

Rarely do you walk into a store where EVERYONE who works there is exceptional...exceptionally friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and exceptionally talented.
