UPDATE: During one of my most recent visits, I had an issue with authenticating the disposable nic salt vape I bought - one of the Puff Flows. The young Latino man at the counter was extremely kind and understanding, and after trying 2 of the vapes which had wrong codes, he refunded my money.Unfortunately that wasnt the end of it, as I never received the refund via my Amex card. I contacted the store and spoke to Caesar, the manger. Caesar couldnt have been more amicable helpful, and understanding of my situation. It became complicated as he had to eventually call the Amex Merchant line, but he did so immediately and finally figured it was easier to refund me in cash. When I came in for the refund, he apologized for the inconvenience several times, as well as have me the bag of chips I was going to purchase for all of his time and effort, for free.Simply because of Caesars extremely professional and customer-oriented actions, I would recommend Global Mart to anyone looking for a quick snack, some beer, or a vape.Ive been here once. It was a good experience - I learned a good deal about the different types of CBD they offer, as well as how to roll a CBD joint for the first time.I just called in several minutes ago, and simply wanted to know the pricing for their products. They stated that they were not allowed to give prices over the phone, sorry bye. I then asked again, and more specifically asked why they couldnt do so, as I go to other vape shops that have no problem doing so. He stated it was the company policy.In other words, you are forced to make a drive there to see what they have, in hopes you will make a purchase when you are there.For the owner - I highly suggest you change this aspect to your business, as although it may bring some customers in, many others such as myself - which could have been repeat customers - will see it as a sleazy way of operating a business, and will most likely not be buying from you anytime in the near future.Change this aspect to your business, and Im sure you will have much more repeat customers, as well as gain their trust to a certain extent.

I have spent an enormous amount of money consistently in this store. NORMALLY it is a pleasant experience. However, the heavy set tyrant working tonight was so micromanaging that it was uncomfortable. I literally watched him watch my boyfriend as he stood inches away as we tried to select a new flavor. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Should just stay home and collect a paycheck. Absolutely not worth returning.Dear “OWNER” . Your statements are FALSE as we spent over $65 yet AGAIN. Thank you for showing your lack of customer service YET AGAIN!!! We will certainly find another place. Not hard in South Florida. We thought we would support the locals. You are clearly not qualified on all accounts!

If you’re going to lock the doors at 11:45pm, why not just close at 11:30 or 11:45 rather than midnight?Also has stopped carrying some hard to find items.

Terrible rude staff! they sell fake nicotine sticks! I purchased a puff bar and it was completely fake and had the wrong spelling of the flavor on it too! This is what’s killing people today I smoked it and now my lungs hurt and they said they can’t do anything about it and gave me a fake excuse.

Accuses me of opening juice when I was not twisting the seal; get to know your product tilting the top rubber piece is not OPENing product. I was not upset walking out the door; I bought my stuff calmly and this pig still doesn’t understand! If you are a smoker go This owner is uneducated about his own product. He should of stuck to the restraunt business by the judgement of his gut. Jupiter is supposed to be a safe place; outside here drug deals happen left and right. I thought going here for the first time was a great idea for the location....I was wrong. First, I was not even welcomed into the store or even acknowledged in a proper manner. I had to as the owner 5 times to help me. The quality of shops around here has tanked. The prices have been raised by a standard 10-15 bucks a bottle of nic juice. While trying to choose my overpriced nic; the owner hovered over me, as if I was a inmate ;as if trying to be “macho.” Unless you like a toxic overweight male in your face; DO NOT GO HERE! It’s normal practice to see the juice and tilt the rubber and smell. This practice is not “opening product.” Go to Glasschambers on Northlake. Safer+cheaper+more welcoming=better experience! Simple!
