I went in wanting print a few pages out for work and she told me they don’t do that….A PRINT SHOP DOSEN’T PRINT SINGLE PAGES. I asked if this was a print shop and she said yes… so why can’t you print my pages? She then went on to say I would have to come back later to get it because the store was busy. No one was in the store… I then asked “isn’t this minute man printshop??”. She didn’t have anything to say, so I walked away. If she didn’t want to print my pages she could’ve just said that instead of BS’ing about it. I’m never coming here for service and definitely wouldn’t recommend others to.

NOT COMPETITIVE--I was shopping around for a good deal on marketing materials and requested they match a quote I received from a different printer. Even though they have a section for providing quotes on their website they stating that:We have made it a policy here not to get caught up in a bidding situation-where the result is he who charges the cheaptest price gets the job. This not what we are about. We deliver high quality printing and outrageous service and we cannot let another printer by bidding against him control our pricing....definitely outrageous service
