Although I brought only a small project to Lauras, bedroom drapes and pillow shams, I received the type of personal and professional attention you would expect for a whole house project. The final product was meticulously crafted, professionally installed, and overseen each step of the way by project manager, Kevin Morgan. Kevin was wonderful to work with, easily available, and prompt to return calls. I wouldnt hesitate to work with this design group again.

Purchased our Plantation Shutters from Interiors by Laura. Kevin was great, got us measured and a few weeks later we had them installed. Install process was perfect even though we had complex base board issues to deal with. Plus - we shopped around, they have the best prices by far. Cheaper than HOME DEPOT!!!!!

They set an appointment to visit my home at 1pm, then rescheduled it to 4pm, then 4:15, and then 5:15pm!? Apparently they dont value my time as much as I do... and when the decorator learned I didnt want to use her anymore, she called and defended herself to me instead of simply apologizing, so she could waste even more of my time. Hard Pass for me.RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: When someone says Were sorry you feel that way, that speaks volumes. Changed my 2 star to a 1 star review. Buyer beware.

Just was treated very rudely by Kevin over the phone. We were simply trying to find out some information and educate ourselves on custom curtains/drapes. I clearly didnt know anything about the subject as this is my first time buying curtains. I was spoken to like I was unimportant, and clueless. I get the feeling he thought we werent his typical clientele. You dont need to be wearing a Rolex to have money. Clearly, well be spending ours elsewhere. Poor customer service.

We highly recommend Interiors by Laura, from a customer standpoint their service and attention to detail is outstanding. We came to be their customer through a tortuous path of ongoing product problems with my roller blinds. I live on Jupiter Island on the Beach and have 12 large 3x/2x compartmental sliders. Other Hunter Douglas representative companies could not solve our on going operational/technical problems.Through a recommendation, I contacted Laura Interiors.The owner and his team listened to our issues and solved our problems… upgrading the system from Power Rise to Power View. After 5 years of frustration with our roller blinds we now have a system that operates flawlessly and with great ease.

We were fortunate enough to find this amazing company to fabricate and install the window treatments for our new home in the Jupiter Country Club. We interviewed several companies and we were very impressed at the level of customer service that Interiors by Laura offered.There is a relatively new owner Frederic Guy and his wife Paula who purchased the business within the past year. They were smart enough to keep the same people that had worked there for years. Pam Lyons, the designer extraordinaire, quickly understood our needs and the fact that our home is contemporary. She worked closely with my husband Harry to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Pam also gave us some creative ideas for soft window treatments that look amazing. Pam is a veteran of the design business and really knows her stuff. Its fun to watch the wheels turn in her head when she is trying to find a solution to a challenging window design.The installer Dave Rowell is a third-generation installer with 20 years experience. He is amazing. He takes great care in our home and not only does a great installation, but he is also able to give ideas to the design team to improve the product. He even wore gloves to make sure that our white walls would be clean and tidy!The owners, Frederic and Paula, are very impressive. Although they recently purchased the business, they have the smarts to let Pam and Dave do their job while at the same time personally visiting our home to make sure that we were happy. Just the right mix of hands-on customer care.It is rare in this day and age to find a company that provides such superior quality service and product. Sometimes the old adage You get what you pay for applies, although Interiors by Laura was very competitive in pricing, they did not skimp on service. We have already recommended our neighbor to them and will continue to do so. If quality and superior service are important to you, make sure you work with this amazing team.

We had some real issues but the owner worked hard to correct them. He is a man of his word. Deal directly with him if you have issues.
