I called Jupiter Grill Center to replace some outdoor drawers. They had a specific handle and i was trying to match it. I did not know who made them. Rich answered the phone and asked me to send him a photo. I checked back a few hours later and he had told me he was checking with other owners who dealt with stainless cabinets to find out for me. He was very pleasant and I was surprised he took the time to help. The next morning he called and had located the maker. His business did not sell that brand but suggested another store who did. That to me says a LOT about customer service and helping someone who needed it. I’d recommend Jupiter Grill Center in a heartbeat. Not many businesses are in it to assist the customer when they will not make anything from it. Thank you to them!

We recently purchased a high end grill from this store. There was a large selection of grills and the sales person was quite knowledgeable, pointing out the pros and cons of each. Since we were replacing an old grill in an outdoor kitchen, they arranged for an on-site evaluation and measurement in order to determine the feasibility of the project. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the same day to schedule the evaluation.We eventually chose a slightly larger grill than the original and were reassured that the cement and granite of the outdoor kitchen could be cut precisely to accommodate the larger dimensions. As they said, This retro-fit is what we do. We placed the order the same day and delivery was promised one week later.Appropriately, there was communication during the week to confirm the installation date. Guy Coe delivered the new grill, removed the old one and then cut the granite and cement extremely precisely so that the new grill fit absolutely perfectly. I am a surgeon and meticulous precision is something I admire -- and this was demonstrated during the installation.Overall, I am thrilled with the new grill, but more importantly, I found the care, service, professionalism and knowledge of this store to be excellent. It was a wonderful shopping experience.

I saw a Weber Genesis II grill at Costco for $999 unassembled in the box. I wanted to compare prices at Jupiter Grill Center and went online to get their number. I have been going there for years for charcoal and odds/ends for my Green Egg. I noticed a few unkind reviews. The older man spoken about is the store manager, not the owner. He has always been helpful and informative to me. For I have asked many dumb questions about grilling on my Green Egg using charcoal and he was always helpful. He didn’t have to help me like that. That’s why I am writing this review. Finally, the price of that Weber II grill was $999 assembled and delivered.

The store owner has a nasty attitude...I will not support/return to this nasty guys store!*Update*: The issue is the owner is very rude and I will never return...I ended up going to Moores True Value Hardware down the road to get my propane tank filled and got amazing courteous customer service!

I contracted with Jupiter Grill Center to design & build an outdoor kitchen. The process was very smooth and timely. The work was done in a timely fashion and all details were professionally handled by all involved. This included the design, required county permitting, construction and completion of the project within the timeframe agreed upon. We are very happy with the entire project and the end result. Jupiter Grill Center is a very well managed business.

Jupiter Grill Center offers great products and service. As a property manager I have bought several grills from Rich and he has responded quickly and delivered quality products as advertised. My clients are very happy and that makes me look good!

Stopped into his shop today, the owner was extremely rude. I informed him that I will be happy to purchase from his competition instead. Good luck staying in business with customer service like yours.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Competitive prices. Got help with last minute grill items on Memorial day, which surprised me.

In the world of quality grills they have to sell at a certain price ( at least weber) so youll get the same grill here or any big box store at the same price. So go where the customer service is good, which is not here. Been in twice for tank fills and the owner was rude both times. Shell station near a1a fills cheaper and is friendly so I wont be going back there for a fill, let alone a grill purchase.

Not sure who I spoke to at Jupiter Grill but apparently he’s been doing this for 30 years and knows everything. As with other post, he was rude, wouldn’t let me speak, wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. Eventually had to hang up, was going know where with this guy.Seen this before, plan on getting ripped off! He want to charge $90 for a visit to take a measurement when I was trying to tell him the actual measurement. Being a mechanical engineer, it’s nit to difficult to tell someone the until is 27”x35”. Just hunup after that!Surprised to see he’s in business!

Great knowledgeable staff and wide selection of grills, very good info on outdoor kitchens as well. Highly recommended.
