Today I went into this location with older women I take care of as a companion I was extremely impressed on the exceptional customerService Brittany & Derek provided making sure we were comfortable all our needs were met and when we left that we were happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We shall return soon for follow up and the smiling friendly faces!

Was having difficulties with trying to get my mother in for her hearing test for hearing aids. Once I was able to schedule her appointment, we were taken care of from the moment we stepped through the door until the moment we left. Amanda greeted us so kindly and was very friendly and generous with help and offering her services to help us. Once in to see the specialist, Derek was very thorough. He went through all of our questions with knowledgeable responses. He definitely knows how to make us understand exactly what goes on with our hearing and why it is so important to take care of your hearing health needs as soon as you can.
