The folks at Action Vacuum were the best. We were told by another company that one of the motors in our whole house vac had probably gone bad but when Andrew came out, he found that the housekeeper had left one of the upstairs connectors open. Very honest and very prompt.....

The customer service here is outstanding. The vacuums are incomperable to any other vacuum company out there. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anybody looking for high quality products and service. Will be coming here from now on.

My central vac was clogged. Action Vacuum came out and fixed the problem. A lot of detective work to find the blockage. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

In the era of chain and big box stores, what a delight to have a local store specializing in a product and service. We recently visited to purchase a new vacuum and were fortunate to have Scott, the owner, work with us. After patiently spending time inquiring as to our floor types, Scott made several recommendations of vacuum types, brands and also attachments. We had the opportunity to demo those suggestions in the shop and with Scotts guidance left with the perfect option. Great product knowledge, large selection, wonderful personalized service and honest fair pricing. This is where we will now shop for all of our floor care needs.

Very personal and honest service. Will not repair a machine if he knows it is near the end of its life. H does not stock machines that are not of good quality. I have worked with him for 21 years and find his recommendations excellent and wherever he can he saves me money.

Excellent service and advice! I brought my broken vacuum in for service, but Scott was magically able to replace an ancient filter, clean inside the machine and hose so that I was able to take it home within minutes. Trustworthy and experienced with a sincere smile. Thank you so much!

As far as my own experience goes, Action Vacuum is the only vaccum shop that I have been to. I put vaccum shop in quotations because the owner Scott has a few more things than just that in there. Of course he specializes in the sale, repair, and maintenance of almost all vacuum types, but he has nifty home care products as well. Scott is kind, professional, savvy, and funny. If those are qualities you look for in a small business owner then youve got the right place. I will not be going to any other place for my vacuum needs for as long as I have the power to do so. Great customer service. Called them up with a small issue, he explained a few things i could try on my own before even mentioning i bring him the vacuum. His troubleshooting was perfect and i was able to resolve my issue over the phone. Unfortunately i didnt have to bring it in to him, but next time i will no questions asked.

I found this place on the internet and they were the best. Extremely honest and they certainly stand by their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I own a local house cleaning company and have been using Action Vacuum for over 5 years for all of our vacuum needs. Scott is very invested in his clients needs. I send all of our clients to Scott and he always takes care of them and their vacuuming needs. Having someone that is invested in his business as much as I am is very important to me.

This store is amazing. The service was so respectful, kind, efficient and affordable. My mother tried to take her Rowenta Iron to another shop off of Northlake and had a terrible experience that made her cry (they kept the iron for over a month and never called to giver her an update and always gave her the run around) so I called the owner or Action Vacuum and although they dont typically deal with irons they were willing to take a look at the torn chord and see if there was anything they could do. Within a few days they had returned the iron good as new to my mother and was so happy! Thank you for helping her out!!!

I got Scott to fix my Eureka vacuum recently and he was great!It was a small repair and it was repaired quickly and cheaply so I was very happy. I also have a Dyson which Im going to get him to service.He is a really nice guy and has excellent reputation.

I just bought a Rhino vac. I was able to clean my entire house including the walls, couch, and ceiling with this vacuum in about 30 minutes ! Would definitely recommend Action Vacuum to anyone.

Would not recommend for central vac install the job is outsourced and the installer is very rude and obnoxious. When my vac stopped working after 1 year I could not get any help from Scott at all.
