This is a good place to find specialty and local ingredients. Also hard to find items for chefs and restaurants. There is a First Hawaiian Bank ATM inside too.

This store has everything one is looking for, and the service is top notch. Love this place. But only here in Kanaha.

Nice local grocery store, located in an out of the way place, parking is a bit strange and limited but doable.Lots of grocery choices including fish, seafood, local veggies, fruits, breads, dairy, alcohol and lots of canned goods. Even bulk squid and other local items.Very, very local!Some things are priced reasonably while others are high. There is a deli type area also, with local take food.

Regularly go here for Asian food. My go to place for grocery shopping on Maui for Japanese food. They got other Asians and Mexican selection as well. They got ramen, dried soba, mentsuyu, fresh and dried udon, fresh yakisoba, tamaboko, tofu, miso, dried shiitake, assortment of snacks, rice and so much more!

Wow! So impressed with how friendly the staff is here. They had almost every item on my list—I am happy that the Asian section was so well stocked. Three different staff members helped us and they were so kind. It was a nice greeting having come right from the airport. Skip Costco and shop local!

Really great option for relatively affordable groceries in Kahalui. As others have said, there is parking but its a bit of a challenge. Why? Be cause when you back out of the spaces in front of the store you cross into the highway. Fortunately, local drivers are aware and super chill, pausing to let you out.Of note- the 10%off 6 bottles or more applies to any 6 bottles of wine and liquor, wow!Also of note, the great selection of frozen fish, sashimi and poke grade.Do a combined shop with Whole foods and youre all set. There is an extensive frozen section with good veggie and imported options like Japanese edamame.

Went to the customer service isle on the back wall. Silver hair lady snapped at me and said I am not open. I just wanted to know if they had more of a product I was buying. She snapped at me again and said if its not on the shelf we dont have anymore and walked away. I have been coming here for years first time poor customer service April 30,2021 2:00pm

Great for locating local foods. My daughter goes crazy over the bentos, in particular the eel and rice. Get there early, the eel bentos go fast. For those of you who shopped at Ookas way back when, this may be a little bit of a substitute.

Island Grocery has some of the nicest fresh produce on island. The overall store is generally similar to a Smart & Final store serving the commercial community as well as the general public. Staff is friendly.

Nice food options a unique store!

The location is a bit odd, tucked between petroleum storage, an airport, and the coast. Parking is scarce, and the store looks like it was crammed into a warehouse. But... the prices and selection are good. They especially have a good selection of snacks and treats. Good mochi ice cream, and lots of Japanese snacks.
