Store is lacking big-time in customer service, and inventory! Most of employees don’t know anything about the products. Have had multiple negative experiences!

One out of two beauty supply stores on Maui that a licensed cosmetologist can get product from. Good luck if they have what you need at the time you need they are always out of stock... but its not the workers fault.. corporate is to blame... so be nice to the ladies working there.. they are sweethearts and are just trying to do their jobs. Thanks ladies😘

Cosmoprof doesn’t care about hairdressers and it’s staff. Totally underpaid.I tried to order by phone and online and both are a disaster. In times like this you know which companies are of value and which should be dissolved. Cosmoprof is not up to date on the latest and it’s pretty much the same for almost 30 years.

The young ladies are so helpful and courteous, not pushy like some places. Knew all about the products and recomended new improved items.

The salesgirl was so helpful and sweet
