Choice Auto Had to have been the best dealership Ive ever been to for my first owned car. The workers were absolutely amazing from the time me and my family walked through that door, they were so patient and so neat and clear about everything we spoke about and they made it work within my budget that I had asked for. They pushed to be there very best and they came up above and beyond from being just the best. Choice Auto made me feel comfortable and treated me as if we were family and I couldnt thank them enough for everything theyve done for me and my family.

My experience at choice auto Maui was heart warming. They treated me like family and actually took time out to talk story. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle this is the place to go. Just purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima with Brad! We were greeted by Chris, worked with Brad and processed paperwork with Robert. Throughout the whole process, not once did we feel pressured to buy a vehicle that we did not want or felt like we were wasting time. We didn’t have the ideal credit scores but they were able to work around my budget and what I can afford monthly, which during a pandemic is such a huge help. Brad was very patient and helped answer all questions and concerns I had; wish I bought my first vehicle from him 5 years ago because he was so honest and was really there to help me. I highly recommend Choice Automotive and will purchase from them again!

Very slow. It took 1 month for them to get me a license plate and even longer to get me the title for the Truck I bought. the car was in good condition, but their detailing team did an awful job, leaving cigarettes in the vehicle. after purchasing the vehicle they gave me the truck with almost no fuel. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst dealership ever. I bought my car 5 months ago and I still do not have the title weve called they dont return phone calls. We talk to every single manager and they just keep passing the buck to somebody else. They said the bank will not give clear title and to me is borderline fraud they would sell a vehicle that they cant get clear title to. This has nothing to do with Covid 19.
