My favorite place to go for ceramic. The selection available for a quick job is better than Home Depot or Lowe’s selection in my humble opinion. If you have time to plan and order the selection choice ramps up to endless possibilities. The staff is great from the front entrance to loading. Super friendly, helpful, fast, knowledgeable and most important, cool. Easy to make friends with the staff. They all work as a great team I can see. Customer service was fantastic. The most impressive is every time I go in the owner is present and working. How often do we see that anymore? I am definitely a repeat customer and they are great at recognizing that.

Tyler Knaut is excellent! He is professional, friendly, patient, and effective. I purchased all my cabinets from Tyler for my condo remodeling and very happy with his service and the quality of the cabinet. Tyler is a very creative in cabinet design. I purchased in-house cabinets to save time and money. These cabinets dont have exact sizes I need but Tyler has found various solutions to resolve the issues. He is also a very good communicator and has great people skills. He managed cabinet assembly and delivery seamlessly. Keep up the good job Tyler!Leslie Sutton is great! She is professional, friendly and effective. She is very helpful for me to choose the tiles for my condo remodeling. She provides great suggestions and feedbacks on tile materials, color, style, and shapes. I purchased the beautiful floor tile from her for my entire condo floor. Keep up the good job Leslie!

Good customer service.

We have used Ceramic Tile Plus for many, many renovation projects on different properties. We have purchased stone countertops, kitchen, bath and office cabinetry, hardware, trim, and various types of tile (glass, ceramic, porcelain, stone) from them over the years. Weve always enjoyed excellent quality products and top notch customer service. This is a long time family business that turns many customers into friends. It really is a pleasure to walk in their doors to see friendly faces, knowledgeable staff and even a great shot of espresso. I rarely write reviews but this one is earned many times over.

My son and I dropped off 2 broken blinds to be repaired. Mr. Warren Orikasa and a young gentleman made the whole process pleasant and informative. I really appreciated their helpfulness and professionalism.

They are basically a one stop shop. I can get everything I need for kitchen and bath remodels in one place.

My experience with Ceramic Tile Plus as follows: I went in for a small remodel in my haiku home across the island. The second you walk in you are greeted at the door with smiling faces. They have a good selection of designers to work with as well as sales associates that were more than helpful. They have a great selection of in stock cabinets, tile, and stone! They also have a huge selection of other tiles that you can order. For off island order it only took 3 weeks to get in from the mainland. One of the boxes of tile was broken when I received it and they took it back and offered to reimburse me or order another box. All and all I loved my experience with them and plan on coming back for my future remodel needs.

I don’t recommend buying from here. All their products are junk. Takes too long to ship and needs to be specialed ordered. Guess what? You can’t return special ordered items. Worst customer service. Worst than Home Depot and Lowe’s. One of the ladies put the wrong order in and doubled our order. My mistake was that I didn’t triple check their terrible work. Now I have extra tiles that will be going to the dump. Wasted my time, materials, and money. Thanks a lot Tylene, you’re so good at your job. Not!

This was the only store on Maui that could order the natural stone tiles I wanted.Service was 5 star. The other 2 stores on Maui that carry tiles, well, the service is practically non existent.

I would warn anyone not to use this company. They offered me a top quality stainless steel sink with the purchase of granite kitchen countertops. Within 5 months, (4 mos. unused as the house was empty), rust spots appeared and they blamed my workers. First saying they put chemicals in the sink and then by claiming my workers put steel shavings in my sink to rust. They had no proof of those allegations and could by no means substantiate those outrageous claims. They refused to take any ownership or responsibility for a faulty sink in which they gave me. They also informed me they have a Better Business Bureau representative in Honolulu that they notify and she grabs all of their complaints for special processing. I have since spoken to many other people that would agree with my critique and complain of poor customer service and a no fault attitude for any mistakes. Having a BBB rep. must really help. I didnt mention how badly they scratched and dinged my bedroom walls trying to put shower granite in and again no compensation for the damage. There is a very condesending arrogance about the way they do business.

Warning! Warning! Dont say you werent WARNED. No accountability, no follow up, TAKES ALL YOUR MONEY AND DOESNT DELIVER A COMPLETE KITCHEN.....and then blames you! One hand doesnt know what the other is doing. Id receive one invoice from one person and then yet another for the same item, but different pricing and they always stick you with the higher quoted price. Ordered in March and still am missing pieces in August! Rude, did I mention severely damaged cabinets ( multiple) and only a 150.00 credit offered! Try getting to the owner, Ellie- IMPOSSIBLE! If I were you, Id stay far away....unless of course you want half a kitchen and want to be blamed 😒Argh!
