My hearing aids broke which is quite an emergency when you have to go without hearing. I was able to get a quick appointment and get my hearing aids back and in service really fast!The staff is always so helpful and friendly!

KONA Island Audiology has always provided the best service for me whether a conducting hearing tests to maintenance on my hearing aids. Additionally, the receptionist at the KONA ofc is efficient in her work and always returns calls promptly which I appreciate from a company!

I enjoy coming to the sessions. The audiologist listened to my complaints of the times when hearing was difficult and used her experience to correct these problems. She was very knowledgeble and pleasant. Her secretary was very helpful as well.
