I agree that Dale is the person you want to help you in your purchase. However, I would caution that unless everything is perfect from the get go, you will be in trouble. Any adjustments or follow-up is problematic.Do not sign off on delivery until you are certain everything is as you want it. Also, please know that the frame can be lowered. Our bed was at36 in at installation and when I remarked at how high it was, there was no indication that it could be lowered. That information only became available when we read the instructions that were delivered with the bed.The bed was also not centered on the wall as was the one it replaced. Now two weeks later (and counting) we are still waiting for adjustments to be made. We have not yet even been able to get a schedule for when they might be here. (subsequent to this initial post we have a schedule)if I am going to pay top price for a bed, I expect top notch service. While the sale and purchase were handled well, the follow-up has been less than satisfactory. IThe good news is that with the bed at its current height we have a lovely ocean view from the windows!! We just have to have a step stool to get in bed.

Best prices and amazing customer service!I went to 3 different bed stores in Kahului to compare mattress quality, price, and customer service. AND WOW. Bed mart exceeded all of my expectations! All the other stores I didn’t even get greeted, stores looked ran down, and the people had little no knowledge about their stock. Plus their prices were insane! But As soon as we got to BEDMART, Dale (the salesman) greeted us, gave us knowledgeable tips on mattresses that we were interested in, and honestly gave us the BEST customer service I’ve had in YEARS. We just bought our second bed from Bedmart. The first was for our guest room and the second for us. Our experience has been so comfortable and relaxed. The salesmen take their time explaining each bed and answer every tedious question we have without any irritation. They make you feel that you are number one on their day. The first bed we did not have delivered however, this time we did and I wish we had the first one delivered as well because the delivery men are SO wonderful! We had our mattress delivered and we had decided we didnt like the style boxsprings we picked out. The men gladly put them back in the truck and returned them. We went in to the store and picked out a platform. They delivered it the very next morning. They assembled the whole thing for us. They were respectful, polite, and friendly. They have great communication and they are very punctual. Aside from their top notch service, their prices are more than reasonable. They are comparable to mainland pricing and they offer price match. We have one guest room left to update the bed in and I look forward to our shopping experience:)

When you need a mattress, go to BedMart and ask for Dale Kreps - he is so helpful. I spend most of my time, in or on, my hospital bed because of disabilities. I was having back problems due to the flimsy original mattress. Dale didn’t “up-sell” me into something I didn’t need - rather he listened to my requirements and gave me several options. The mattress I selected was not expensive and is so perfect that my back problem disappeared immediately!I dealt with Dale when he was at his previous employer, where his honesty and integrity distinguished him in the sales community. He sincerely enjoys helping customers find the mattress that fits their budget and serves their needs. Now, at BedMart, he has greatly expanded product lines and better pricing points and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a mattress or bed!

When purchasing our bed, they entered our address information incorrectly on the finance papers-which in turn, led to a large headache, and late payments on our loan. When I stopped in to speak with them, I was told they would handle it, and make sure our credit report was not affected negatively. They never did anything. Yes, they are nice as can be...but once they make the sale-they could care less about you.

Bill was a caring associate. However, when it comes down to it, they really only care about the bottom line. They are a corporation, not a family operated business.

My husband and I were shopping for a good mattress and we visit couple stores, the options for mattresses brands are very similar and the prices are very close, but what this store stood up from the others was the excellent service we received from the sales person Joshua, he was very attentive and polite, this store has a super cool technology on this special mattress you lay down and measures your weight and pressure on each part of your body, and at the end will give you the exact mattress you need to have a great sleep and body rest, it’s mindblower !!!! And they have great deals on financial with no interest if your credit qualify for it, I give 5 stars to BedMart !!!!
